Perfect Weekend Spot

House was very clean. Great spot to stay for our family; plenty of space in the bedrooms. The view from the top deck was great. Loved all of the deck seating! Easy golf cart ride back and forth from the beach to the house for the little ones! Outdoor shower was great to rinse off after the beach. Outdoor sink was a nice touch when grilling downstairs. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view

Our stay was short, but amazing. The house was very nice, close to the beach, and just all around beautiful. We enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and watching the waves.

Beach Daze

Abby sands was great. The location is awesome with great views. Too much sun one day, chill on the balcony with shade and you won't feel like you are missing out with the great views. The only thing I would mention is you need to bring toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Other than that it was great!

Very nice home but didn't like the "double-dip" on fees

Home was lovely, Cobb Realty was fine -- BUT thought I was renting from VRBO and the fees were included in the total price -which I am accustomed to. However; then I get an email saying I really rented from Cobb which required a ton of paperwork and additional fees.

Great Location

Loved the location and amenities. Only problem we had was the mosquitoes. The mosquitoes were absolutely horrible in the area so we weren't able to enjoy the deck too much. Also as other reviews stated, be sure to bring toilet paper. I appreciate the fact that clean linen and towels were provided in clean bags. It was very quiet and relaxing.

Great place for our family

We took our family of 5 to the beach. This place was great. Each of our kids got their own bed. The washer/dryer made the sand not a problem. The place was clean when we arrived and was easy to keep clean. We enjoyed all the chairs out on the two decks for looking at the ocean rolling in and a few times cuddling up with a book and blanket to read out there. The house was so close to the beach that one parent could stay at the house and watch, from a window, as the kids walk to the beach where the other parent was. This section of Caplin beach was not very populated. We felt like we had a private beach. The house is also a good distance from most of the other houses on that road. We had all the cooking things we needed. The decor is very cute. The only thing we wished we had was more than 1 roll of tp in each bathroom, so we had to pick that up at the store. Otherwise we loved staying here.

Birthday Getaway

Cute house loved the layout, loved the covered porches, great for morning coffee and watching the sunrise. Loved how close it was to beach, the main reason I chose this house. Was a lovely extended weekend. Thank You!
