Great stay. Easy access to the beach. Bonus room was great for teens. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of steps so be prepared moving stuff up and down but the height makes the views so much better.

One row from beach! Very nice, clean, furnishings were better than most beach rentals we've stayed in. By reading paperwork before going I understood we needed everything but linens. That was incorrect. We could have survived very well with what was in the house! Much more than we expected! Beds were comfy. I would recommend renting this rental! Very nice.

Absolutely beautiful property. The home has direct access to the beach (very close to the water), gorgeous views of ocean and the sunrise. The home has a excellent layout, well kept, and updated. The bonus room was perfect for my teen boys to stay in. There is a lot of covered deck space to spend time outside (out of the heat or enjoy the storms without getting wet). If this home is available next year I will definitely love to stay there again.

Best Family Beach Vacation Ever!

We had the best family beach vacation ever! The location of this house is honestly the best! Close to The Big Store, Dannay's Donuts, Tia Juanitas and so much more! It's technically 2nd row, but has an unobstructed view of the beach and a super easy walk to the beach. There are a LOT of stairs, so unloading all our supplies was not the most fun, but we got it done. We had a few teens that enjoyed the extra room on the middle level that gave them a little more privacy. The room initially smelled pretty musty, but after turning on a fan and running a difuser it was just fine. I had read a couple old reviews about roaches after I had booked, so I was just a little concerned, but we didn't see any bugs at all in the house. The kitchen was a great size/layout for preparing meals and had ample supplies. The dining area is a little crowded around the table, but we made it work! It's not the most "beachy" house I've seen, but for the price we paid, we felt it was definitely worth it. Overall, had a great time and would stay here again.

Polo Beach Vacation 2023

The Peach on the Beach was an awesome place to stay. Very clean and perfect for a get away. Definitely coming back. The house is beautiful inside and out.

Great location but needs attention.

Can't beat the location and floor plan but it needs some basic maintenance and ROACH killing. You get a note asking you not to assume an infestation just because you see a roach or two. Well...what about HUNDREDS when you use the oven and then dozens every time you open a cabinet...or in the bathrooms??? We had to reattach the outside door handles at least a dozen times and we had people getting locked into the downstairs bathroom in the heat because the handle is rusted and constantly coming off from the inside. This is VERY dangerous. I personally was about two seconds away from busting the door down and finally someone heard my yelling and door beating.

Great location

We rented this house to celebrate two birthdays over the weekend. This property is in a great location with a beach view. It is in a area of the beach that is not as crowded as some other areas. I would definitely recommend this beach house.

A Perfect Peach

The property was amazing! Plenty of room upstairs for 6 adults to be very comfortable. The bonus room downstairs has two twin bunks, a queen sleeper sofa, and an additional queen “cot” for a total of six more sleepers. A lot of stairs, so be prepared; but, they do make for two decks worth of great views!

This ‘Peach’ is Sweet!

Panoramic view of the water from the deck & even from the dining area! Our family had a great time & I have already booked my next visit! Only drawback was the dryer- took about 3 full cycles to dry a load. Overall- this is a great find!

Loved the location to the beach. Enjoyed the decks!

Family had a great time the 4th bedroom area gave the kids their own space. TVs in all the rooms were nice also. Would love to stay here again!

Love the hammock chairs

Great location. House looked just like the pictures. Living room furniture looks to be in good condition, but sinks when you sit down. The decks were very large and had the most relaxing swinging hammock chairs. Great place for a nap!
