Positives: fantastic view and very good in-house staff members (that includes service &delicious meals).Negatives:1. Owner (Barbara) lied about the condition of the house after hurricane stating they were NOT affected and have power. Power was restored the day of our arrival. She risked our wellbeing for personal gain.2. AC in master bedroom wasn't working and it was simply impossible to stay in this room. We slept there, sweating but couldn't enter it during the day. Barbra lied to house staff that she reached out to me about that and it's ok. 3. Various things included in your listing are simply not there: mini-fridges in every room? None. BBQ? No. Hot tubs? No. You have regular tub in a bathroom and broken whirlpool tub in master bedroom and she called it "hot tubs". Gross misrepresentation.4. Extreme amount of broken equipment. As mentioned, tub was there but had no plugs to use it. Safe was there but broken. Out of all hair dryers only one (in master bedroom) worked. TVs in each room? only in few and NONE worked.5. No swimming after dark because pool lights went out and no one knew how to change it for the entire stay.6. First room from left site on the ground floor is so molded that is hard to breath. We had to vacate it, 7. Add says "car available" - no such thing!8. Laundry available - not for guests!9. Roaches & ants. 10. Road to the house is steep, super narrow, unpaved, unmaintained, and if you drive small rental vehicle, you may not make it to the top.

Heaven on earth

The villa itself is very nice and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. The views are spectacular! The property manager Marjorie was such a pleasure, she made us feel so welcome and at home. She saw to our every need. Brenda our chef was good, anything we wanted she served and even accommodated special diets. We will definitely go to Heaven Villa again!

The staff are fantastic!

Marjorie, Sean and Omar were the best bit about our stay. Marjorie could answer all our questions, came shopping with us and even produced a birthday cake for us. Sean is a wonderful chef and also came shopping and cooked us a brilliant selection of Jamaican dishes including curried goat. Omar was a brilliant night watchman and made us feel very safe. The house was fantastic with magnificent views over Port Antonio. It suited our family perfectly. The pool was amazing and in constant use.Unfortunately the main Wi-Fi was down but reconnected after a couple of days. The TV and sound system was not available for our stay. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom didn’t work either. Transport was said to be available but wasn’t. It is essential that guests have transport as it is not easy to get around otherwise. We had a wonderful time exploring a beautiful part of Jamaica!

Unbelieavble Experience

My Bachelor party. Nine mates. Seven nights. Such a great experience, and one we will now be repeating ehre each year. Staff were amazing, views, facilities, requests, hospitality were the best and the local area is teeming with adventure. Reccommend

A Slice of Heaven

Heaven Villa lived up to its name, with one of the best ocean views on the island from the infinity pool and the entire back of the place. We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest at Heaven, including spectacular authentic Jamaican meals prepared by the chef for breakfast and dinner, which we enjoyed as a group. The entire staff were topnotch, especially Marjorie who managed the operation and accommodated our every request. We all love her and will forever appreciate her lovely personality and attention to detail. The place was clean and spectacular, and we can't praise Marjorie and her staff enough. All the Jamaicans and Americans in our group love Heaven Villa and the people who own and run the place.

Paradise at Heaven Villa

My group of 11 had an amazing time and experience at Heaven Villa. The property is better than described with views of sunset/sunrise in each room. Marge, Shawn and Tamika, the entire staff were very accommodating and comfortable with our group dynamic. Highly recommended!

Heaven Villa Review.

The whole staff was great. Very accommodating and pleasant. The Villa was nice and had a beautiful view. The Chef was amazing. The only thing is I don’t think we as the guests should have to buy paper napkins and at least cold bottled water should be available upon arrival. I feel that at least coffee , tea, and water should be included or at least available for guests upon arrival.Other than that no complaints. Lastly the van /shuttle at the villa was out of service for a little while and this info should have been communicated to us prior to arrival. The house manager mentioned that she advised the property owner to update guests when booking so maybe that should be looked into. The place was lovely, I would return, close to many attractions.

Great place for a family

We ha 13 including 2 infants. We never felt crowded. The photos you see in the listing are accurate. But it’s better than the photos. The staff is also great! A wonderful vacation.

You should select Heaven Villa

Everything about Heaven Villa and it’s staff is great. We learnt about the place via a random search. The property manager responded promptly when I had questions. The place is beautiful.... like really beautiful. The staff were lovely and helped us greatly in making our weekend a success. A group of 12 friends stayed, to celebrate my Birthday and everyone kept whispering and in some instances commended the staff aloud about how attentive and helpful they were. I will recommend this place to everyone and I would also return. Heaven Villa was the best choice we made. Everything was perfect about this villa and weekend.

gorgeous view

I love this place, and would definitely go back. The staff is very accommodating, and friendly. Everything the chef made was delicious. All nice rooms, with great closet space. Cons: staff may need their own quarters while guests are there. Though we did mind them at all , they were awesome. The transportation van needs air conditioning...I mean..it's Jamaica, so it's hot. Overall, pretty much all positive, the cons aren't a deterrent for me.
