"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "

"Claude and Joelle do an excellent job communicating and the directions left in the room for anything you could imagine was included. Very close to public transportation. Although I would not suggest 3 people stay in the room due to the size, it was a very clean room, just a bit small for 2 people and 2 large suitcases. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the pillows are very flimsy, even using 2 at a time they were not very supportive. Overall I would definitely stay there again. "

"The apartment is situated in a good location - with excellent bus service. However the apt is on a busy road so was a bit noisy with the windows open. With 5 adults we had to be very efficient with the one bathroom. The apt could be better equipped - more mugs for example. the owner was very responsive to the requests we made during our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist."

Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. "I don't have enough good things to say about our stay here. The property was spacious enough to easily accommodate the 12 people in our party, and it's location allowed easy access to Solothurn as well as access via train to skiing in the Alps. Vinzenz was very easy to communicate with and helpful leading up to the stay, providing information on local events and attractions. Afterwards he has posted a few items we forgot back to us. 10/10 would love to stay here again!"
