We had such a lovely time away. The view was amazing, the house is on such a nice spot of the lake. The house is spacious, lots of room for everyone to have space, great lake views of the lake, spacious deck with lots of outdoor furniture to use. The large deck is perfect to relax on and enjoy the sunshine and go for a swim in the perfect inlet, that’s not busy with boats, since it’s tucked back a bit.

We had the most amazing stay at this lakeside house! Seven of us – childhood friends on a fishing trip and celebrating a 50th birthday – couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The home was spotless and incredibly well-equipped. Usually when you go on a fishing or camping trip, you have to bring everything with you, but here, every detail was already thought of: hand soap, shampoo, shower towels, three fridges, fully stocked kitchen with spices and appliances, outdoor BBQ kitchen, paddle boards, games, and even snacks waiting for us when we arrived.The WIFI, giant TV and DVD collection was a fun bonus, and the hot tub and private dock made it feel like a true retreat. We never once found ourselves needing something that wasn’t already there. The owner was also excellent—very responsive and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable.This was truly a dream trip for all of us. We would come back in a heartbeat and give this place a 10/10!

Cottage heaven!

This is an incredibly lovely and well appointed home on a secluded little bay on Sproat Lake. The home is spacious and beautifully laid out with a fantastic kitchen, formal dining room, and a living room with the biggest TV any of us had ever seen. We were a group of seven friends and loved the outdoor bbq area and the hot tub and the lounge areas on the deck. The dock area is a peaceful and serene spot to chill or read a book. Aside from multiple glorious swims we made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the spectacular lake. This truly was upscale cottage paradise.

Family wedding

This house was perfect for 4 couples attending a nearby family wedding. The kitchen had everything we required, the giant TV was perfect for some hockey viewing, and the hottub was a hit.We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Great Stay

We had a perfect time at Andriana's Sproat Lake house. Just a great set up for our group of 7 women friends. The house has all the ammenities you could need or want. Plenty of room and lovely spaces for people to gather....we used them all! The dock was awesome for drinking a glass of wine and enjoying views of the lake. Several of us even got out on SUPs despite it being a bit cool for water activities. Thanks for having us!

Property was amazing - really well setup! Host was very attentive, couple of small items were off but the host made sure they were properly accounted for / covered. Everything you need to have the family out there was available. Zero complaints from the group who went. Would definitely book again!

They really thought of everything

I want to start off with the cleanliness! I didn't have a singel critique, and I work for a high standard top rated, time share vacation rental property. Secondly i would like to highlight how well appointed the property is, they really have all your bases covered. Our family had a wonderful time reconnecting, enjoying the serine setting and having fun! Absolutely beautiful property losts of sunshine in the morning to midday with lots of deck space to enjoy it aswell as beautifully maintained lawn. The hosts seemed lovely as well, thoughtful communication :) 10/10 for us! ☆

Family Get Away

Location was amazing. Just a short drive to Port Alberni to get any necessities. My wife,two toddlers, along with two other couples stayed here. At no time did we feel like there wasn't enough space for everyone to enjoy. There was a very nice grassy area out front for the kids to play. The backyard was also an awesome area to hang out with great views and a hot tub big enough for all the adults who were staying. Adriana was easy to reach and very responsive. Due to the time of year though the lake water level was above the beach and cut off access to the dock. The kyack and water toys were also put away for the season. There was a basketball hoop but unfortunately we didn't bring a basketball and there wasn't one that we found. The soccer balls were deflated that we found but the kids still had a great time playing with them. We all agreed this is definitely a property we would visit again in the future.

Paradise

The property is outstanding. We stayed during what might have been the hottest week of the summer and we enjoyed the air conditioning, the breeze on the deck and the hot tub after the early morning swims. We all enjoyed swimming off the dock and the kayaks and paddle boards added to our enjoyment. We were a group of eight and really appreciated the two fridges, lots of pantry space. The beds we’re comfortable and we loved having three bathrooms. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave. Thank you, Adriana and David for sharing your lovely home with us!
