The house will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Basic supplies are provided for the start of your stay: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, and tea, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. The property has Wi-Fi access.

Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge is available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
• A cozy living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
• An open-concept kitchen that opens onto the living room, fully equipped for easy meal preparation: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, deep fryer, toaster, and kitchen utensils to enjoy meals together, a high table and 4 stools are available.
• A bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a selection of toys and books to entertain your children. A travel crib is also available to comfortably accommodate your little one.
• A functional bathroom featuring a shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet.

On the first floor:
• A comfortable master bedroom on the mezzanine level that opens onto the entryway, furnished with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), a ottoman, and a guitar. Please note that this space does not have a door and has a fairly low ceiling.

Outside, enjoy a first terrace measuring 10 m² that opens onto the living area, complete with a table, chairs, and a grill for your best meals with family or friends. A second 30-square-meter terrace, accessible from the ground-floor bedroom and equipped with a small slide, a mini trampoline, a playhouse for children, a lounge chair, and a table with four chairs, is the perfect space for your children.

The property does not have a parking space, but you can park for free on the street.

Sainte-Marguerite Beach is an 11-minute walk away, perfect for swimming and seaside strolls. Old Pornichet and its harbor are a 10-minute drive away, while La Baule-Escoublac and Saint-Nazaire are 20 and 18 minutes away, respectively.

For everyday needs, all the necessary amenities (bakery, restaurant, café, etc.) are within a 10-minute walk, while a supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.
