This 45m² ground floor apartment is located in a private seaside residence in Pornic. It is situated within the "HORIZON ATLANTIQUE" residence, with a secured outdoor car park, direct access to the customs officers' path leading to Fontaine aux Bretons Beach, and a heated swimming pool available from 15 April to 15 October. Nearby is the ECO DOMAINE DE LA FONTAINE AU BRETON, which offers dining facilities, a bicycle rental service, a grocery shop and a SPA area. It has a double bedroom (140cm bed) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.
