Locatie is prima om Istrie te bezoeken. De veranda is het mooiste gedeelte van het huis. Verder heeft het huis wat liefde en renovatie nodig.

Property was fine in a quiet location although you will need a car as the bus into Porec is infrequent.Good sized rooms, well shaded terrace, fast WiFi, ok sized pool. Some details could be improved, eg the main shower leaked and it needs updating. But the host, especially Esmina, was very responsive and helped us quickly with a few problems. We enjoyed our stay.

Eine phantstische Zeit in einem tollen Domizil! Wenn auch die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, insgesamt sehr überzeugend. Die überdachte Terasse ist ein Traum. Pool toll, Klimanlage hat es zudem erträglich gemacht. In der Küche alles da, grossen Topf hatten wir dabei ...im Umfeld mit Pula, Porec, Rovinji, Novigrad tolle Städte!

Nice holiday in a calm area

We had a great holiday in this nice house. The house is located in a calm area with other pretty houses around. The village Zbandaj is small but very nice and has a supermarket and 3 good restaurants. We would spend another holiday there again.

Great house with pool near Porec

We spent our beautiful holidays in this great house with an even greater garden and pool. Esmina who is managing the property as well as the cleaning was just fabulous. Always at hand when we had questions and so nice and polite. Every week the pool was cleaned and in the middle of our stay Esmina changed all the sheets what was also very nice. Apart from that Zbandaj is located really near to Porec, grocery shopping possibilities are really near (2min by car) and also within the small village there are some nice locations for eat and drink. As already said the house is very nice together with the air condition in all living rooms it was also easy to get along with the high temperatures in July and August. I would propose to add some more pictures on the house as I think you can not really see how beautiful house is. The kitchen ist also well equipped, the furniture is already some years old but everything is in a very good shape. Over all we had such a lovely stay and can really recommened it for families with 2-4 kids (Internet is also very good, which is mainly important for the older kids).

Empfehlenswertes, schönes Haus

Die Ankunft war gut organisiert und sehr freundlich. Esmina ist schnell da, versucht zu helfen und zu vermitteln, erklärt alles am Haus. Nach einer Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt und neue Bettwäsche angeboten. Die beiden Bäder (keine Fotos) sind wie das andere Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen - in zartem Mintgrün und weißem Porezllan, sowie ausreichend groß und funktionell. Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden, es fehlte an nix. Es gab kein deutsches Fernsehen. Der Supermarkt im Ort ist recht teuer. Wir sind für Einkäufe und Brötchen immer nach Poreč gefahren. Ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert der Check Out am Abend, sehr flexibel. Dankeschön!

Zbandaj 2023

Das Haus hält alles was es verspricht !!! Die Betreung durch Esmina und ihren Mann war super !!! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht. Der Pool wertet das Haus nochmal auf und ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet und sehr wohnlich. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub den unserer Familie sehr genossen hat. Auf einer Skala von 1-10 Punkten gebe ich eine glatte 10.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal dort und es war wieder sehr schön. Esmina ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber ausreichend. Die Küche ist klein aber mit allen Basics ausgestattet. (Ledichlich ein größerer Topf oder Pfanne hat gefehlt) Die Lage ist zwar etwas abseits aber man ist innerhalb von 10 min in Porec und im Supermarkt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

We had a very nice time during our holiday in the house. There is everything you need and the garden is perfect to relax. The location is perfect to drive around and if there are questions for trips, we were helped super friendly. We highly recommend it.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Esmina war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, der Herd etwas veraltet , aber nicht so schlimm, eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine und eine Spülmaschine mit 5 Programmen ist vorhanden . Die Terrasse und Pool ein Traum , der Garten sehr gepflegt , im Bad wäre ein kleiner Schrank super , die Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei und auch das Internet super . Im Ort gibt es einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt und ein Konoba mit leckerem Essen und freundliches Personal, zu Fuß erreichbar . Mit dem Auto 5 km nach Porec . Wir waren eine Woche und es war wirklich traumhaft, wir kommen wieder . Fam. Bliemel

Einfach schön

Schönes Haus und Garten und der Pool ist das Beste. Nach Porec 10 min mit dem Auto und alles, was man braucht leicht erreichbar. Vor-Ort-Kontakt Esmina ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich, hat sogar Restaurantreservierungen vorgenommen. Restauranttipp in Porec für Vegetarier: Artha. Und Chilli Street Fusion. War eine schöne Woche!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit eigenen Pool und ruhiger Lage

Ich habe diese Unterkunft für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub mit Freunden gebucht. Die Ankunft und Kommunikation mit Esmina war problemlos. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche war mehr als ausreichend. Der Pool ist groß genug zum schwimmen und ist gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist ist ruhig und von weiteren Ferienhäuser umgeben. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und zwei kleine typisch kroatische Restaurants, die auch sehr zu empfehlen sind. Nach Poreč sind es mit dem Auto 10 min. Zusammenfassend war es ein schöner und problemloser Aufenthalt den ich auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen kann!

Top ist was anderes!

Das Objekt war groß und geräumig, mit schlecht ausgestatteten Küche in der kaum Töpfe und Pfannen zu finden waren. Die Spülmaschine läuft nur auf einem Programm das 3 Stunden Dauer und das Geschirr trotzdem nicht ganz sauber wird, man musste teilweise per Hand nacharbeiten. Es gibt auch keine vernünftigen Kaffeemaschinen in dem Haus, wir mussten unseren Kaffee wie vor 100 Jahren zubereiten. In jedem Zimmer des Hauses hingegen Spinnweben von der Decke,die Couch ist Alt und verdreckt, im großen Bad mit der Badewanne ist der brausen Halter kaputt, man muss es immer in der Hand halten, damit es einem nicht runter fehlt, das Licht ist sehr schlecht und schwach es wird nur das Waschbecken beleuchtet der Rest des Bades bekommt kaum noch Licht, die Waschmaschine ist beim abpumpen des Wassers immer ausgelaufen und das halbe Bad stand unten Wasser, das schleudern funktioniert auch nicht richtig, die Sachen kamen klitsch nass raus. Der Zaun um den Pool ist nur 20-30 cm. hoch von Privatsphäre kann da keine Rede sein, die Beleuchtung in dem Pool funktionierte nicht und der Hausmeister war unfreundlich und Kamm ohne Ankündigung und ohne zu klingeln direkt nach hinten zum Pool. Auf der Terrasse unter dem Dach haben sich Vögel eingenistet und haben von oben runter „gekakt“ sehr unappetitlich wenn man morgens beim Frühstück sitzt. Wir können keine Empfehlung für das Haus geben!

Family vacation with 5yr and 3yr old kids

We had a great week in this Villa. The house was incredibly clean and very well equiped. The house is just about 10min driving to the beach. Esmina (the lady who takes care of the house) is very sweet and extremely helpful. She even gave a surprise to our kids by bringing them chocolate :) We are extremely satisfied, thus we highly recommend this place Thank you Esmina! Hope to see you soon again

Super, Sorgenloser Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung an sich war sehr sauber und es stand alles was man so braucht zur Verfügung. In maximal 10 Minuten war man mit dem Auto am Strand, in Einkaufsläden oder in der Stadt. Also alles in Unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir wurden auch sehr Herzlich und mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Im Anschluss wurde uns auch gleich alles nötige noch erklärt. Dafür noch einmal Vielen Dank an die nette Esmina. Der einzigste Mangel, was wir auch sehr schade fanden war, dass die Poolbeleuchtung leider nicht funktionierte. Das wäre natürlich noch klasse gewesen. Aber ansonsten können wir die Villa nur weiter empfehlen.

Great Holiday

Lovely property which was clean and tidy and well appointed. The garden is lovely too am jealous of anyone visiting in September when the olives and figs will be ripe!). Local shop was a 5 - 10 minute walk away and was well stocked - the ladies in there were very welcoming and helpful. Ten minute drive to Porec ( both the commercial area where all the major supermarkets are and the old town and harbour itself). I would recommend hiring a car, road signs are clear and straightforward to follow). Esmina, who looks after the property, was excellent. We had a very warm welcome from her and she gave us lots of information about the property and the local area. She called in part way through the holiday to check all was ok (and came to our aid one morning when she saw us hunting down our rather large pool flamingo that 'flew' away during a brief storm the previous evening!) There were 3 of us (my husband, 16 year old daughter and myself) and we would all visit again - hopefully next time her older brother would also come as there are 3 good bedrooms.

Good property, good staff (Emina), good value for money

The villa was very Well equiped, the pool was maintained, and the airco was wonderfull, the shop with Bread and very good meat was a nice morning walk. For diner or just an aperol Porec was a 10 min ride from the villa. Daily tours (by car) to opatiju, rovinj, and pula are worth a visit. Also WiFi was very good, very Well appreciated by our children (13 & 14 yrs), even as the pool!

Super Erholung in toller Unterkunft

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen 2 wunderbare Wochen in der super ausgestatteten Villa verbracht. Die überdachte Terrasse ist bei Regen oder in der Mittagszeit ein ganz toller Platz und der Pool eine super Erfrischung. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin und durch Esmina und ihre Familie war sehr angenehm und so können wir uns ganz bestimmt vorstellen wiederzukommen!!!
