Villa Parenzana is a new modern built villa located in the peaceful village of Mihatovici near Poreč, right next to the famous Parenzana cycling and walking trail. Once a railway line, the Parenzana is now known as the “Path of Health and Friendship” and offers a unique opportunity to explore the stunning Istrian landscape. Along the route, you’ll discover picturesque towns like Grožnjan – the “City of Artists” – and the medieval gem of Motovun.

The trail is lined with scenic viewpoints, impressive stone viaducts (some over 50 meters high), and preserved tunnels with ecological lighting.
