"Bit of an issue getting into the property as we arrived quite late but thought the pub would still be open. Sorted out quickly without a problem though. Room was really good, comfortable, clean with all we needed for a good night's sleep. Owner seems to have considered what was required really well. Breakfast was excellent & catered for all tastes. Staff friendly & helpful. Would stay again."

"A lovely old grade 2 listed house. Excellent location for Poole Quay and harbour. Parking in visitor’s public car park just across the road. Overnight parking is very reasonable. David was a fabulous host with plenty of stories to tell and the house is full of interesting “stuff” that he has collected. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. Our room on the second floor was very small and hot, but the others are bigger. Best to ask David before you book. Would definitely stay again."

"We were in room 3 which was huge, it comprised of a small sitting room, bathroom and large bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, room spotless, tv in both sitting room and bedroom. Small fridge in the sitting room with milk and chilled water which was very welcome as it was extremely hot.
Breakfast was lovely, good portions, and all the staff were fantastic. We ate dinner both nights and again food was beautiful and portions were big.

"Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good
Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly.
Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants.
Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems.
All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."
