"Ya nos pareció extraño que 1 hora antes del check in nos llamaran para preguntar si confirmabamos la reserva cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada desde hacía meses, cuando reservamos. Llegamos y no nos dieron la habitación reservada, un estudio con cocina. Explicación que solo se la daban a estudiantes. ..."

"Staff really friendly and helpful, service good, booked a delux room, which seemed really tired when I got in it, I don’t normally ask to move rooms, but glad I did as was then given a lovely room that was pictured on their website, lovely roll top bath, sea views, the staff didn’t mind me asking ..."

"Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault."

"What a beautiful place. Everything you need is provided in apartment. So near the center and all shops. Sat outside on balcony watching all the wildlife (Ducks,Heron etc). The hosts are so welcoming and contact is swift. highly recommended."
