"Would definitely stay here again. Great location. If you're in Oxford for the campus and the square, you can park your car for the weekend and easily walk to both. Great value compared to other listings in the area -- IMHO it's not worth double the price or more just to be in the square vs a 10-minute walk. "You can’t ask for a better 1 bedroom rental in Oxford. The location couldn’t be better. It’s 5 min from campus and the square. Dozens of great places close by for food, coffee and drinks. The home was very comfortable. The bed was new and nice. It was fully stocked with all you need Bring ice as the fridge didn’t have an icemaker, but that didn’t bug us at all. I will stay here again. The communication with the owner was exceptional. "

"Were in town for a couple of days on a college campus visit. Had ran acorss the listing for The Carl and it looked nice and would fit our needs. It did that and more. Extremely pleased how clean and comfortable it was. Communication with Ashley was outstanding, and responsive. Highly recommended this property if staying in the Oxford area! "
