EXPECTACULAR!!!

Somos una familia grande, y la casa fue estupenda para todos. Las vistas al mar son increibles, los atardeceres y las vistas desde el barcon a los Delfines eran algo super increible y espectaculares. Nos quedariamos muchas veces mas. Gracias por permitirnos quedarnos una semana en su hermosa casa. Reciban de nuestra familia muchas Bendiciones. MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS!!!

Great Rental and Rental Company

Clean and well equipped house right on the Beach. We had a great stay. The rental company’s communication was top notch and I would 100% stay here again. Being close to Caps is a major perk.

perfect week away

We would definitely recommend the property, was well equipped and exactly as represented. Minor suggestion is that there was sand on the comforters, which is somewhat to be expected at a beach home...but still...not fun:-), the home has an elevator that was not accessible or working for us; and there were several remote controls that did not work (we shared batteries). Very minor stuff, overall, loved it all!!! And literally a couple steps to the very quiet and beautiful beach

It was amazing! More beautiful than photos. Incredibly private beach. Lovely house. Deck was absolutely incredible. As was master suite and other bedrooms. Couldnt have been more perfect!

Summer romp

We wanted to get a last summer romp with our children and grandchildren before school started back. This was the perfect place! We have a variety of ages and this house makes it possible for moms with babies to not feel left out and allow preteens enough space and freedom to not feel like they are missing anything. Beautiful home. Clean and everything you need. We had a wonderful time as a family!

Beautiful property and excellent beach

The home was beautiful clean and wonderfully laid out for our entire family. We had an excellent time and the beach was so close it was easy to go in and out. Not too far from town to get groceries are go to the restaurants within Saint Augustine. Would highly recommend.

WaterColors Oceanside Retreat

Our family spent a wonderful week at WaterColors. The location is perfect for ocean lovers, and everything in the house worked well. Wren Beach Rentals who manage the property were very attentive in answering questions and solving any problems we had, which were few. We had an exceptional vacation on the beach and would highly recommend this property.

a great Christmas

We rented to house for Christmas, 8 adults. The house was extremely comfortable, great common area and open floor plan. Location is incredible, just on the beach and the deck is where we lived most of the day. The kitchen had everything we needed, we were thankful for the elevator with grandparents not being able to do the stairs. Overall a wonderful visit.

Spacious

I title this spacious because of all the common area seating and gathering options. Unfortunately the weekend we stayed here the area experienced a Nor'easter… yes I know this is Florida. We were unable to use the fabulous beach out back but thankful there was plenty of space inside this beautiful home for groups inside to have a wonderful family and friends get together.

Beautiful Home

Watercolors is an exceptional home and helped make our vacation experience amazing. The home is beautifully decorated and stocked well with everything you need. They thought of everything and we didn’t have any problems at all. We love the open, airy main floor and split floor plan. The views are breathtaking and the deck is absolute perfection. Don’t miss having your coffee on this extra large deck while enjoying the panoramic sunrise. You couldn’t be closer to the water without being on a boat. We already booked our next stay at Watercolors!
