Wonderful location literally steps from the beach. Close to other conveniences like grocery stores and restaurants. Two refrigerators are nice and the house seemed to be renovated recently.

Overall all we had a wonderful time. Suggestions - there was a pretty good ant problem. The corner lower cabinet in the kitchen is broken, and when you open it, it falls to the floor, more bath towels and wash cloths (I think we had like 4 wash cloths total), and I would highly suggest new mattresses. Everyone complained about their bed being uncomfortable. The home itself was great, and the layout was wonderful. The back deck and access to the beach were wonderful as well.

A great place to decompress

Serenity One is a beautiful beach house. It is well laid out. Four of bedrooms have great views of the ocean (three have doors leading to a deck overlooking the ocean).The beach is wonderful. We were able to see baby turtles released, dolphins, and sea birds.

Memories made!

Brought the whole family (13 of us) to Serenity One for some therapeutic time together after the passing of my husband, their father and poppy. It was just what we needed! The gorgeous view set the tone, and there were no disappointments. Thank you to the host for offering this beautiful home.

The most peaceful and beautiful house to be with family

We celebrate the first year of my princess at this house and I count have make a better choice, everything is perfectly designed: the house distribution of the bedrooms, the outdoors views, if you travel with an infant everything you need you will find it here, the beds are super comfortable, the washer big for a big family, you make something and this house have it! It’s amazing! We will be booking soon! And omg I fell inlove with san agustine! It’s a most to visit this place! What a wonderful vacations and birthday, actually two birthdays we celebrate here! Our family is very happy all of us! Thank you such much for having us

Perfect Family Reunion

We were a family gathering coming together from a number of places. The open floor play layout here worked so well for reconnecting over dinner, games, jigsaw puzzles, and just hanging out. This is a very nicely equipped house including two fridges! The house is on busy highway A1A but inside it felt like a world apart. The beach views are spectacular. This is a quick drive to St. Augustine but away from the bustle. When I had a question for the owner, they got back to me very quickly. We could not have been more pleased!

Thanksgiving Family Holiday

It was nice overall. We could have used more face cloths and toilet paper. Fortunately, there are local stores near the property to purchase necessities etc. The bath towels were dingy, luckily there was a washer and dryer at our disposal. Lastly, it was a little sad given that we were not able to bring my mother’s support dog. Thankfully, we were able to find loving accommodations for her.

We loved the property. The house and lication is beautiful. We could have used the 3rd bathroom, but it was a tub with shower head, no curtain and not private. The downstairs bathroom could use a better layout. The keurig did not work and I received no response from mgmt. There were no beach lounges and they said they had two. Had trouble locking the door when we left.. The mat in front of the sink was wet when we arrived and was still wet when we left, so don't know what happen there. Absolutely loved having two refrigerators!. The beds were the best I have ecperienced in VRBO! We only saw one turtle nest marking. That was cool. I did ecperience, unfortunately, the Flagler Hospital. And the care there was acceptable. Hospital was really clean. 2 hrs and I was stitched up.. Wouldn't be a bad idea to trim the vines from the steps, not saying that it caused my accident, but definitely didn't help. Need full visibility of steps.

Perfect vacation

My husband and I Rented this house for a family vacation. But before this vacation, my husband lost his battle with cancer. So our family made This trip without him. This house was everything that was pictured on the website. The house was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The house was very clean. There were 11 of us and we all had plenty of room. The bedrooms are nice beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. Parking can be a little tricky, but very doable. The kitchen area was great was nice having two refrigerators. The deck was so roomy. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. The house was supplied with plenty of cleaning supplies if you needed it, Extra beach towels, Beach toys, And laundry detergent. And for me that was a nice touch. This house met all of our expectations and made our family vacation and remembrance of my husband amazing. He definitely would have loved this house. I cannot tell the owners, thank you enough for the great communication and even checking in with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was to our liking. I know the rating is five stars, but I would give it more than five if I could.

Wonderful home, Wonderful Location

The host was very helpful and available. The property is exactly as described in the pictures and description. The location is perfect: away from the crowds, a private spot on the beach, yet just a 15-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Beach vaca

This is a wonderful house. Plenty of rooms all king beds for comfort. The main area functions perfectly for a large family. Being right on the beach is so convenient and beautiful. The only disadvantages were there was no grill for cooking out. We were told there were umbrellas and chairs with many beach options, and there was none. So come prepared. Otherwise it was a very positive experience and we would come back again.

Very Nice Place

We had three families stay here for four nights. A lot of space for the ten of us with a very nice deck. A lot of space on the deck to sit with deck chairs and tables. Couldn't ask to be closer to the ocean as it was steps away. One bit of advice is if you have more than two cars figure out the parking ahead of time. You will need to either back in or turn around in the driveway as it is a blind entry back onto the road. Just need to take your time.

Watch the Sun Rise

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a really nice layout. It was great to have 4 King size beds. The showers are huge. The sunrise views are spectacular! We loved being able to walk right out to the sand and waves. The host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Val’s o Beach Stay

The property was clean and well stocked. The back of the house feature of all glass sliding doors enabled a wonderful ocean view from great room and 4 bedrooms. Four of the 6 bedrooms had king beds which were very comfortable. The wrap around balcony was a great gathering spot. I was told there were 11 beach chairs but there were only 3 dilapidated chairs which could not accommodate our party of 10. The boogey board was cracked but at least we brought our own. However we didn’t bring chairs as we were told there were chairs there. Also the last set of stairs to the beach could use some attention as the wood on the rail is very knotty and too rough to use comfortably. One final thing much was made about protecting the sea turtles from light. This was impossible to do as several rooms had missing or broken slats from the vertical blinds. I would definite recommend and rebook this site.

Spacious/ with toddlers needed gate at top of stairs going down to laundry area/ kitchen well equipped/ plenty of towels and blankets/ enjoyed laundry facilities/ great tub in laundry area- kids enjoyed. Would add a vacuum for use as needed.

Best time

This was our first big family cousin vacation. We had looked at several places and finally came to this one. Right on the beach the kids loved it, we couldn't have asked for a better location. We never left right outside the house. Plenty of room for the amount of people we had. Very clean and so nice. We would def come back to this place again. Highly recommend especially for the privacy.

Great Family Time Stay

House was very clean and inviting. Short drive to restaurants, shopping and historical sites. We did have an issue with water pressure one day. Nick answered our call and stayed on top of it until it was fixed. Only downside is it not being walkable to the restaurants, shopping and historical sites but you are directly on the beach and you can't beat that. You can walk the beach for miles!!
