“Mighty fine” stay at the beach

We had a fantastic stay with extended family! The house has everything you need - well stocked kitchen, beach necessities (chairs, towels, etc.), spacious and comfortable bedrooms, and a roomy deck overlooking the ocean. We also got in a few games of ping pong, corn hole, and foos ball in the garage game room. House appears to be recently remodeled and the air conditioning system brand new. Highly recommend and will stay again!

The house and location were perfect. The home is stocked with everything we needed.Really comfortable beds, great deck for watching sunrise and sunset. We would certainly rent it again. There is some deferred maintenance, and it could have been cleaned better as there was a lot of dog hair in the corners on the main floor

Amazing Beach House

This was one of the best houses we rented in our lives. It’s better than the pictures show. Very comfortable with a large family with kids. Everything (furniture and appliances) is of high quality. It has everything the family may need. And the views from all the rooms and living areas are wonderful. We look forward to rent it again in the future. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

We loved staying at mighty fine. It was a relaxing vacation being so close to the beach. Spacious and clean home. My husband and I are big coffee drinkers and when we arrived, the coffee pot was cracked. They brought us a brand new coffee maker on the day of our arrival. Very easy to communicate with- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Beach Vacation

This is a lovely home. The interior is well decorated, and the views on the ocean side reach the entire length of the house. You are absolutely on the beach here! Also the front deck has a fabulous view of sunset over the estuary. Groceries, seafood markets, good restaurants and lots of things to do are easy to get to in St. Augustine & Jacksonville. The uncrowded beach and quick walk down our boardwalk were my favorite part! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We hope to be back!

We had a large group: two families with high school aged children for spring break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a very comfortable house with lots of kitchen amenities. The ocean views are stunning. The deck is awesome. It might be nice for the owners to have beach chairs for renters to use. But we purchased some cheap ones from target that worked just fine. We had a question about a smoke alarm and they were so responsive and helpful. A beautiful home and we really hope to be back!

Weekend at the beach

The house was amazing and perfect for families or couple to relax oceanfront. Each room had spectacular ocean views. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The owners were very kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone for a relaxing beach vacation. We will be back again.

Water Pressure (NONE)

Great Location, Great View, Not so clean inside, trash under beds, utensils not so clean, NO Water Pressure, ONLY ONE item in the house could be on and the other items had NO water pressure. Water out of the shower heads drippled out if another items was using water. Under the house there is broken up chairs with rusty nails sticking OUT, Also a long board with rusty nails stiking out. Very Dangers for small kids and dogs.

Beautiful House on the Beach

We had a great time at this family friendly beach house. It was so easy to just walk out of the house with the kids and be on the beach. And if we accidentally left something in the house it wasn't an ordeal to quickly walk back up to grab it. Also, we really enjoyed the huge porch and hanging out there for cocktails at sunset. We did notice that several of the lamps/lights in the house didn't have light bulbs, which was slightly annoying. Also, we thought the living room area could be more comfortable if there could be a coffee table or ottoman added to the space. Regardless, we had a wonderful time at this property and really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place on the Beach

Property is clean and well appointed. Location is 1/2 way between downtown Ponte Vedra and St Augustine. Beach is right out the back door. Area was hit hard by hurricane Irma. While this unit survived just fine, other properties in the neighborhood sustained significant damage and are quite rundown looking. We had had one minor problem with a toilet and the owner could not have responded more professionally and quickly.

Beautiful, private beach, amazing house!

We were a group of 8 adults and fit easily. Everything was clean and perfect. This is a perfect place to stay directly on the water. The only detail to note (and maybe this isn't always the case) is that there is only one road into downtown St Augustine, which ended up being about a 30 minute drive into town with heavy traffic most hours of the day. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of.
