We are giving a 5-star rating to the management company. We were incredibly impressed by their responsiveness, professionalism, and patience. From the moment we booked, we felt well-cared for. A special thank you goes to Kat, who promptly came to the house to resolve an issue with the master bedroom TV and even replaced it with a brand new one. Sad to report, the brand new TV still didn't work due to weak Wifi connection. The service we received was outstanding, and we will definitely be renting from this company again.While we are thoroughly impressed with the management company, we would not rent this specific house again. The WiFi was a significant issue, and the only TVs that worked were the ones in the living rooms on the second and third floors. We had to rely on a phone hotspot for our son, who has autism, to watch TV in the master bedroom. Additionally, we were concerned that the only access to the beach was through the first floor inside the house, as none of the balconies provided direct access, which could be a potential fire safety concern.Despite the issues with the house itself, the management company exceeded our expectations. We look forward to booking one of their other properties for our next beach rental.
