Relaxing stay

My family greatly enjoyed our stay! The bed was super comfy and the house had all the necessities to cook meals at home. We saw so many dolphins off the shore line and even got to witness a sea turtle come up to lay eggs! My favorite thing about staying in south Ponte Vedra is the privacy and proximity of the beach. Thanks for having us!

Great spot

The home was positioned perfectly between my meetings in Ponte Vedra and entertainment for the family in St Augustine. The beach was perfect for the family. We would definitely stay there again. We appreciate the accommodations.

Beautiful home

This home was a beautiful home right on the beach. We enjoyed every part of it. The only problem we had with this property management is there are lots of hidden costs and we never got our $150 refundable damage deposit back that they said was refundable. They said it really wasnt refundable and have now changed the wording to say non-refundable. Same with the $500 deposit at time of booking that was supposed to be credited towards rental costs. Also they overcharged me taxes and they did refund that cost, but if i didnt watch my numbers, they would have overcharged me. So to sum it up, beautiful home but watch your hidden charges and dont plan on deposits being returned to you.

Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms nice. Nice deck and appreciated the beach chairs. Overall the rugs and furniture upholstery need professional cleaning.

Beautiful Beachfront property

We Loved the beach house. Great location, right on the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises. The deck was very extra roomy. The house had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, there were even beach chairs and beach toys to use. The view was the best thing.

PERFECT IN PONTE VEDRA

With the exception of Hurricane Nicole damage to the deck area this home is a beauty! We enjoyed a large spacious home, perfectly appointed (especially the kitchen - it made cooking & eating in so easy). I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this one had EVERYTHING. We enjoyed the ocean breeze everyday coming through the doors. This home was recently updated and the bathrooms are HUGE and the tile design and craftsmanship was perfect! Our aging father was able to access everything inside the home from the first floor with no steps which was our reason for renting this particular home! The owners were caring and handled all our inquiries compassionately and quickly. We will definitely be back!

Great location & private

Overall the house was very nice & the area was great. We had some issues getting into the house on the 1st day but the property manager was quick to resolve. The house seemed very clean overall, but there was small & unnecessary things unkempt that could easily be addressed with more attention. The sofa could use a professional cleaning as it has stains on it. The upper windows in the living room were cloudy & looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. There was a bag of moldy food left in a cabinet. There were odd unfinished projects in several rooms, particularly the bathrooms like missing towel racks (but holes in the wall for them) or paint on the mirrors. None of this is reason not to stay here because the location is beautiful & the house is nice. It just seemed like there were some contractors or cleaning people that may have taken shortcuts to the owner's detriment. All in all, I would stay here again because as I said, it was beautiful. There were some supplies like paper plates & washing supplies left by previous renters which was a nice helper. All rooms were very clean. We saw flocks of pelicans fly by the windows every day. There was an abundance of seashells to sort through as you walked a very quiet beach.

Wonderful Beachside Home

This property is perfect for a couple or family to spend some quality time at the beach. Halfway between Jacksonville Beach and St Augustine. Beautiful home and well appointed for a perfect vacation.

Beautiful Beachfront Home

The property was beautiful!! Great size with appealing decor. It was right on the ocean, and the deck/outdoor space was amazing. We had a couple of minor issues, but the property manager was extremely prompt in resolving them. Very happy with the rental overall. Would definitely recommend!

Fun & Relaxing!

Wonderful experience! Clean home with all our family needed. We saw between 4-6 dolphins each day and found many silver dollars! It was an amazing family vacation! Highly recommend!

Great House

We had a wonderful time at this house! It’s very beautiful and the location is perfect. We had one issue arise and the property manager took care of it right away! The only problem we had, was the house did not have a bathtub for our 1 year old but we managed! Overall, it was a great stay and great people to work with!

Nice Recently Renovated Property Beach Front Property

Great beachfront property with recent renovations. Bathrooms all have walk in showers with frameless grass and are very nice and spacious. House has large deck area. Beach and dunes has also just undergone replenishment.

Pack your bags and relax!

Awesome vacation destination! Beautiful oceanfront home! We had a few issues with the home that were taken care of in quick time. Would recommend the property management team install a few full size cooking sheet pans and a pair of good kitchen scissors and fix the ice maker! All in all a great vacation! Will definitely look to go back!

The property was older than it looks online. When we checked it the downstairs shower door was very dirty. The toilet seat was cracked and both shower drains backed up. We cleaned the shower door and put a drain cleaner down the drains so that we could shower without standing in water. The back gate wasn't secure and blew off in the wind. Also the ice maker wasn't working and the refrigerator door was missing almost all the shelves.. We did have a goodtime and wished the weather was better.

Pictures misleading, the back years has been cut in half due to loss of foundation. Grass needs cut.

We noticed cabinets need a good wipe down in kitchen. AC did not cool down last three nights of our stay. Yard needs a cut full of weeds. Picture of backyard not current. The was spacious, we enjoyed the large master bedroom upstairs. Views amazing , nice quiet, private beach. Close to St Augustine. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Beach Fun

This house was perfect for us and we enjoyed the beach every day. We felt like we had it to ourselves! The house is well stocked and we especially enjoyed the extra beach toys and towels. Daryl, the manager, was wonderful and prompt in responding to our questions and needs. Thanks for a great vacation!
