"During the past week I have had two stays at this hotel. The first as a loan lady traveller and the second with my husband. On my first visit I had had a terrible day and when I checked in I found my room was not to my liking - a personal thing, the room was beautiful but I just didn't feel comfortable. I spoke to the lovely Rhys on reception who was really kind and understanding. He did his very best for me, contact Kate the Manager and sorting me out with one that was exceptional, definitely...

"The hotel was basic. No fridge in the room or bathrobe or slippers. The furniture was a bit dated. The breakfast was a bit disappointing."

"We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore. The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. "Tuve una muy grata estadía. El lugar es tal como se describe. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas con una vista muy linda hacia la playa. Además hay una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario lo cual se agradece mucho. Destaco además la amabilidad y simpatía del encargado, que estuvo siempre muy atento a cualquier necesidad. El único detalle es que en la noche es muy ruidoso ya que pasa una carretera con mucho flujo vehicular y eso afecta un poco el descanso, pero el resto, todo bien."

"The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. "Friendly enough gent once we found him to confirm our on-line booking & get key. Stairway up to the rooms in main building is very steep and narrow. With mobility issues priorly mentioned it was odd that they assuumed this would work...NOT! My wife nearly fell on 3 occasions. There was toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, air fryer, & poacher...some milk, eggs, tea, juice, 6 eggs, lil bit of butter, (expired, crystalized honey), open sugar pot, a lil tub of open corn flakes, 5 pieces bread...no...
