- Sun Hill is a charming house composed of a main house and an independent annex, ideal for families or groups of up to 7 guests seeking comfort, space, and privacy in Ponta do Sol.
The main house features, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a guest WC. Outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant patio with a traditional wine press and laundry area, perfect for outdoor dining and social moments.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Two additional interconnecting bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, are supported by a bathroom with shower. This level also includes a terrace ideal for relaxing and enjoying the region’s mild climate.
The independent annex provides additional flexibility and privacy, offering an open-plan living room and kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, making it perfect for extra guests or extended family members.
With its modern and welcoming design, Sun Hill combines functionality, comfort, and generous spaces, making it an excellent choice for family holidays or group stays.
AREA
Located in Ponta do Sol, one of the sunniest areas of the island, the property offers a peaceful stay within a quiet residential setting.
Restaurants, cafés, local shops, and the seafront are all within short distance, making daily life convenient while providing enjoyable leisure moments by the sea.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
RULES
We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
