ABOUT PROPERTY

Iris House is a two-story townhouse that can accommodate up to seven people with comfort. It offers four bedrooms with two queen-size beds and four single beds, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, a private patio, a laundry area, and a home office. High-speed wireless Internet is available throughout the house. All rooms have exterior windows with blackout curtains, flat-screen TVs with cable channels, air conditioning, spacious closets, dressers, and luggage racks. All bathrooms are equipped with showers, sinks, toilets, hairdryers, toilet paper, and liquid soap. One bathroom is an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils in case you wish to cook. The living room has air conditioning, a large sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a landline phone for Portuguese numbers only. The property features an indoor patio with a picnic table, an ashtray, recycling bins, potted plants, and night lighting. The laundry area is equipped with an additional refrigerator, a shelf, a washer and dryer, clothes racks, cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board. The office has a window and doors that open to a balcony overlooking the patio. The balcony has night lights and outdoor furniture. Please note that there is no garage. Free public parking is available on the street.


ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Iris House is located in a safe, residential area of Ponta Delgada. It is close to public transportation and local shops, and a short distance from the Nautical Club, the harbor, the Romanti Casino Azores, the public swimming pool, and the seafront promenade. The house is also close to some of the city's best restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies. Nearby attractions include the Ermida da Mãe de Deus chapel and one of the main Azorean pineapple plantations, where visitors can sample the fruit in various forms, such as in juice, liqueur, or jam. The Portas do Mar and the town center are just a few minutes away on foot, and the nearest beaches are less than two miles away. The island offers several activities, such as whale watching, scuba diving, big game fishing, hiking, horseback riding, paragliding, and golf. ADDITIONAL INFO: Linens and towels for in-house use, Wi-Fi internet access, and cleaning after checkout are free of charge. Infants aged three and under stay for free. You can request a crib in advance at no extra cost.
