"No esperaba que fuera un 5 estrellas como tal, pero si lo es, la atención por parte del personal de 10, amabilidad y dispinibilidad en todo momento, la habitación fabulosa, super comoda y limpia, las vistas lo mejor..planta 7. El desayuno bufet con mucha variedad y calidad en los productos, todo un acierto en escoger este hotel, repetiremos seguro."

"Our visit to Ponta Delgada was very memorable. Pedro met us at the house for check in and his communication was excellent. Pedro surprised us by providing several cold waters, local fruits, beer, wine and juices and snacks for the kids. This was a great surprise especially as we had a day and night of travel. "The apartment is nice and had everything needed for a comfortable stay but is very bare bones. It has a partially obstructed view of the harbor from the terrace and main room. The bathroom is very small. It is well located to explore the city on foot and easy to the main road for exploring the island. There are stairs and the lift takes you up but there are still 4 stairs if you have limited mobility or large suitcases this could be an issue. The parking is very tight in the garage, very tight....
