The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house in Pont-Aven, with a floor area of 150 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of approximately 2,000 m². The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, free Wi-Fi, a fireplace (wood not provided), a sofa, armchairs and a dining area.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and toilet.

For even greater comfort: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful, unfenced garden of approximately 2,000 m² and a terrace of approximately 70 m², facing due west and furnished so you can enjoy sunny days and unobstructed views of the Aven and the surrounding area.

The house is ideally situated in Pont-Aven, in a very pleasant setting; access is via a private road (used only by the owner of the house at the rear). You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Things to do:
The town of Pont-Aven is known for its art galleries, its fine cuisine, and its town centre, which is perfect for a stroll. The nearest beaches are 10 km away, whilst Tahiti Beach in Névez is 15 km away. The town of Concarneau is 18 km away. On Port Manec’h beach, 10 km away, there is a water sports centre for sailing enthusiasts. And plenty of other activities too! Please feel free to visit the Quimperlé region tourist office website.

Transport:
- You can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle, including 4x4s and estate cars) or in the house’s private car park (3 vehicles).
- Nearest railway station: Quimperlé (20 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud (29 mins by car), Rennes (2 hours)

Other notes:
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Air conditioning is only available in the living room on the ground floor.
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
