"It was a nice little house in a quiet little neighborhood. We did ride our bikes from the house to the local riverside trail with only needing to be on the main road briefly but it is really just outside the bike friendly area of Sandpoint. MTB trails are a short drive away and plenty of food/grocery options. While the windows are fairly well sound insulated it is worth mentioning that it is about 250 yards away from the major east/west rail line and get a train about every other hour throughout...

"This is an amazing property. The house is large enough for an entire family. It is equiped with everything you need and the host responds promptly and is very accomodating. You won't find a better location to stay here. There is plenty of parking and a quiet park across the street. It has a rural feel to it but is only 2 blocks from Home Depot and 3 blocks from Walmart. Many restaurants and stores nearby and a short drive to downtown Sandpoint/City Beach Park. We will definitely stay here again."

The house was very clean and Charli was the absolute best host! She was very accessible and responded very quickly when I had any questions. I would highly recommend this home!!"
