Enjoyed our stay

Any issues we had were promptly addressed. We were disappointed to find that there were only 3 bedrooms instead of the 4 advertised. I don’t consider putting a bed in the rec room a bedroom. We had planned to use that space for our grandchildren and it worked great for that. It did not work as a bedroom for our adult children since everyone had to go through that space to access the pool. We had to use the study for them and it has a clear door on it and only a blow-up mattress for a bed. They had to use the master bath for their bathroom. We made it work but I was expecting 4 separate bedrooms for the price we paid.

Sunny side up

Overall a very nice place to stay. We had a few minor issues but the home owner/rental company took care of it promptly! Pool was wonderful for the kids and the location was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Bedrooms

This house sleeps 11, but only has 3 actual bedrooms with baths. Pool level "apartment" has kitchen area and bath with a full size bed (not queen) that isn't very comfortable and doesn't have a door - but works out if you are aware of the arrangement. Also there's a sofa bed in the office behind the kitchen that doesn't have an adjoining bath (powder room is nearby) and the door is glass see-through.

Vacation

Very spacious. Great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants nearby. They were still cleaning when we got to the property. We were only 30 min early and stated no one had been there in 2 weeks. So why not have cleaned the day before? Pool was dirty and had dead frogs in it. They said someone would be there to clean it. They did come the following day. First morning tried to make coffee, but the coffee pot was broken. Called the office only to get an answering machine. Towels and washcloths do not look like they have been replaced in years. Holes and see through spots in most of them. Worst part of the whole experience is the fact that the property is listed as 5.3 miles from the Daytona Speedway when actually is over 14 miles to the speedway. We came for a four day festival at the speedway hoping to uber back and forth since it was so close. Two nights we had to wait over 2 hours for an Uber to pick us up, making it 2am or later when we finally made it back to the property. Also costing us almost triple price each day. I was satisfied with the property but hoping they will update the mileage, cleanliness and linens.

You gotta stay here!

Awesome house. It has everything you need. 2 minute walk to the beach. Pool area was great for evening hanging. We weren't able to get the hot tub working, but I think it was operator error. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great Family Getaway

Beautiful home .

We loved the outdoors and indoors of this home . Loved that the beach was across the street and a very quite neighborhood. Only problem we had was refrigerator smelled when we got there and was not getting cold we callled and was told someone would be there on Wednesday and this was a Saturday . But by Monday it started getting cold so we told them it was good but by Thursday is was not cold again . Other then that we would definitely stay again .

Great quiet location

We loved our stay at this house! Great Space, bathroom in every bedroom, and a great pool. Beach across the street, and lots to do in ponce inlet, walking distance. Very clean, had everything we needed for the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will be back!

Unexpected outcome

It was very unexpected overly pleasant trip. The location was amazing for the family. Quiet. Not a ton of traffic. Easy access to the beach. Great layout for multi people to hangout. It was really easy for a handicap individual and also lovely to find a wheelchair at the house to help get to the beach. My only eh were the beds. Other than that we are already thinking about coming back to this exact place next year.

Fun property

We had a great time. A few things were not working (dishwasher had some issues, lights, etc.) but for the most part everything was great. The only thing I wish I had been able to tel better was about the stairs. We had little ones with us, and the stairs are a main part of the house, not separate in any way. Additionally some of the interior and exterior balcony railings were wide enough that the little one could have fallen through if they had gotten to them. Just a caution for anyone with little ones. Otherwise, great house, great location, really quiet and great beach access.

Exactly as pictured

This is a beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for everyone and the house is really close to the beach. Walk down one house cross the street and your at the beach. The backyard is large and beautiful we had a fire and made s’mores while we were there. The kids really enjoyed having a private pool. Everything was perfect.

Loved the place, but.

We loved the place, but the spacing of the spindles on the railings of the 2nd floor balcony and the outside balcony above the pool are over 5 inches and not to code. Young kids can get between the rails and outside the railing. This is a fall hazard for young children. The place is GREAT for adults and older children!

Awesome Family Retreat

Location to beach access was awesome, pool was awesome, Home setup was awesome, if staying in Daytona will most likely book again. Only inconvenience was beds, some too soft, some to hard, we felt like Goldie Locks. It could just be that we were not at home in our own bed:( Everything else was off the chart AWESOME!
