Apartamentos en Ponce Inlet

"The place is very nice. It’s obviously been remodeled, not too long ago I believe it originally this was a motel of sorts and the rooms were converted to individual efficiency apartments great view of the beach. The only complaint really, and it was not my understanding when I read it completely so it’s on me. The air conditioning is only set at one temperature. You can only turn it on and off to regulate so I wish each unit had its own unit. But would stay again"

"After booking the unit the owner connected with us and said we would need to coordinate to meet so he can check us in.Arrived in Daytona and set meeting and asked if we could just get a code and he told us we needed to get the key and the parking pass.When we arrive at the unit he informed me that I missed the detail about having to give him a 175.00 cash deposit, 150 for the room and the 25 for the parking pass.Gave him the cash and agreed to meet to check out and get the cash deposit back when...

"Our stay was excellent. Communication with the host was fantastic. The location was within easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Very affordable for someone on a budget as we are. Would highly recommend this location. "

"There was 1 facecloth but lots of towels. It has a kitchenette but no dishes or cutlery. Instructions on using that tv remote would have been nice. "

"Location was good. Pool and beach areas were very nice. Good water pressure in shower. Said it had 2 pools but only had one. Other pool was being ripped out or redone. Room only had 2 bath towels. Took 4 days to get 2 extra towels. Water was shut off twice so we couldn’t get showers or flush toilets. Beach chairs - one was a rusted folding chair and the other didn’t recline. We bought a chair since the rusted folding chair was a mess. Room smells like someone was smoking weed so we bought...

"Extremely Impressive with it's tiny size but yet, having all that was needed. Perfect."

"View was excellent as described. However we arrived on a rainy weekend and hoped to hangout on the balcony watching the waves. There was only one porch chair which was a bit disappointing as the photos show two porch chairs. This was not rectified during our stay. "
