"Highly recommend C202! My family has been coming to The Pelican for years. Past years we’ve stayed on the first level for the convenience of getting in & out, but we decided to try C202 and loved it! The room is right by the elevator & stairs and was super easy to get in & out. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean & pool area. Everything was nicely updated, clean, and well stocked. We kept saying how perfect it was for our family of four! We would definitely choose this condo again!"

"Bob’s condo was very nice. It was super clean and perfect for 2 people! The communication was great and Bob was able to answer all of our questions. We loved all of the equipment available for use on the beach. Pool was clean and sparkling. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall, a good stay!"

"This was a great base for us as we were in the area for Welcome to Rockville. It was about a 25 minute drive to the speedway and it was great to come back and have the beach just across the way to relax before heading back to the festival each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The community it is in is beautiful and has great amenities. The second bedroom is small, only has a small closet area and has no fan- not a complaint just a heads up. Only had to “bother”...

"The room pictured and the room we stayed in were not the same. There is no Murphy bed. There is not a full size fridge. We didn’t get our check in information until after checkin time and we had to ask for it. The room has a lot of rugs, that just didn’t feel clean. There is no storage or place to put your things with the exception of a small hanging rack. None of the automatic trash cans worked. The fan remote didn’t work until we figured out the batteries were in backwards. The unit we stayed...

"My husband tried to unclog the 50 year old tub. I let Kelly know. She further related that “there had to be an emergent” call with maintenance” to glue soap dish back in place. She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! On top of that she expects me to pay 150.00 for gluing on a soap dish. Bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper as they only supply a meager amt and expect...
