Space
My little house, ideal for 2 people, is a bright and airy one bedroom apartment in the hills; on beautiful and cool days, if you're lucky, you can see Corsica!
It has a living room with a double sofa bed (140 x 200) and a chest of drawers for guests, TV, dining area and sideboard, fully equipped kitchen: gas, 2 ceramic sinks, microwave, oven (oven) , dishwasher, fridge freezer and everything needed for the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a French bed (140 x 200), wardrobe with 3 doors, mirror and desk: many drawers to have more free space available.
The air conditioning refreshes the summer nights.
The bathroom with shower, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and iron and the necessary tools for cleaning.
The terrace has a table, chairs, 2 sun loungers and a parasol.
Under the house there is a private car park and any closed car garage. They unload the suitcases comfortably near the front door.
The provincial road to reach the destination is wide and comfortable (do not deviate on the narrow Via Riora) but continue straight ahead until the big poster of Welcome to Pompeiana and follow the instructions sent.

Access for guests
Guests have access to the entire house, they can unload the luggage directly on the floor, there are only 2 steps close to the road.

Overview of the neighborhood
Pompeiana is a beautiful country, lying in the sun, with old and new villages, rich in history and traditions, characterized by cultivations of olives, vegetables and flowers.
You will find many conveniences such as the Parish Church, restaurants, Post Office, Pharmacy, Tabacchino, grocery and mini-market with butcher, hairdresser, beauty center, possibility of doing sports: hiking, walking, soccer, bowling, very active horse center, etc.
In the summer season there are religious festivals, festivals and dance evenings with a very popular outdoor restaurant.

The municipality carries out separate collection on a door-by-door basis.

How to move
With 5 minutes drive you will reach the beaches, the coastal cycle path and all sports facilities near the sea, other shops, supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, banks and all that a city can offer!
You will find directions and maps at home to better guide you and reach known destinations, such as Sanremo which is about 14 km about 20/30 minutes, the Côte d'Azur, Montecarlo and Nice in less than an hour, Imperia about 30 minutes .... or venture into the inland roads and discover pleasant little-known realities !!!
A bus connects Pompeiana to the sea and is very convenient for those who do not want to use the car.
How to reach us: Autostrada dei Fiori A10 or E 80 exit tollgate Arma di Taggia or Imperia Ovest, reach Riva Ligure up to the traffic light near the supermarket LIDL where there is the intersection of the road to Pompeiana, continue straight on the wide provincial road until Big billboard of Welcome to Pompeiana on your right .... after about 50 meters the first turn on the left, a small slope and you have arrived.
