Alojamiento ideal para descubrir la zona

En Casa Raphael hemos estado muy a gusto. El alojamiento está como se puede ver en las fotos, incluso mejor, muy moderno, con una terraza estupenda donde poder relajarse, tomar el sol, a cinco minutos andando del recinto arqueológico de Pompeya y de las estación de tren para ir a Sorrento sin tener que sufrir atascos ni por el aparcamiento. Tiene parking, restaurante abajo donde se cena de maravilla, comida mediterránea con muy buen ambiente. Por si fuera poco su propietaria, Karine, es una extraordinaria anfitriona, preocupándose de todas nuestras necesidades y estando pendiente de nosotros, así como dándonos consejos sobre la zona. En resumen, alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

A top place to stay!!!

We just stayed in this apartment, love the location, it is very near the highway (so Naples, Vesuvio, Sorrento and Amalfi coast are very close) and just 5 minute walk for the entrance for Pompeya or the train station. There is also a supermarket close by, like a 15 mins walk. The apartment is very nice, clean, great views, wonderful deck and the owners are the nicest people ever. We just had some issues with the internet, that it was not working properly, because it only allow to use it for limited time.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Karine was very responsive and helpful, even suggesting a knowledgable and engaging tour guide for the ruins of Pompei. The location is an eight-minute walk to the train station, 15-minute walk to groceries, and 12 minute walk to the entrance to the ruins. The apartment sits on top of a restaurant and even the sound from a late-night party below was not loud or intrusive. The restaurant was very accommodating when we wanted to order take-out, and the food was excellent. The view from the walk-out patio was fantastic. We watched the sun drip behind Capri from the rooftop. Highly recommend this place. - Rich

Geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, großer, gut ausgestatteter Küche und großem Wohnzimmer. Die Terrasse ist fantastisch und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenige hundert Meter vom Eingang zu den Ruinen von Pompeii entfernt. Einige Supermärkte und ein großes, modernes Einkaufszentrum sind etwa einen bis zwei Kilometer entfernt. Ein Fahrzeug ist hilfreich. Der Campingplatz, der ein paar hundert Meter entfernt ist, feiert besonders samstagnachts relativ laut mit Discomusik. Das ist keine Schuld der Gastgeber. Das Restaurant Zen im Haus und das Gartenlokal sind schön für ein nettes Abendessen. Tagsüber waren wir immer unterwegs und hatten abends oft keine Lust zu kochen. Man hat einen beeindruckenden Ausblick auf die Ruinen von Pompeii und den Vesuv. Es gibt Klimaanlagen für besonders heiße Tage und Nächte, sowie ein Sprudelbad auf der Terrasse, welches wir zwei oder dreimal zur Entspannung genutzt haben. Bei Schwierigkeiten oder Fragen standen die Gastgeber sehr kurzfristig zur Verfügung und halfen, wo sie nur konnten. Die Topbewertungen für diese Unterkunft sind absolut gerechtfertigt.

Perfect Stay to Explore Pompeii

We had an amazing experience during our stay. There were some issues finding, but that was on us and the GPS. Karine and her crew couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The apartment was exactly as advertised and there were amazing views of both the sunrise and the sunset. You can even see the ruins from the terrace! The food at the restaurant below was excellent and the staff was extremely attentive and nice. Don't hesitate to book, we will again for another stay in the area!

After a warm and friendly welcome by the host we had a great stay at this apartment. Spacious and exactly as described it proved to be the perfect base for exploring the area as it was a short walk to the entrance to Pompei and centrally located between Pompei and the Amalfi coast. The only minor issues we experienced were the wi-fi dropping out and the hot tub was not set up. I believe the former was a temporary local issue and the lack of a hot tub wasn't raised with the host as presumably it is still considered too early in the season. Many previous reviews mention issues with noise from the restaurant below but we only experienced this on one night and it wasn't too much of an issue for us. Overall, highly recommended and we would definitely look to stay again if we return to the area.

Surréaliste !

Tout ce qui est positif a déjà été dit par les précédents locataires. Nous le confirmons juste. Ce qui est surréaliste, c est d être dans le jacuzzi sur la terrasse,en voyant une partie des ruines de Pompéi et sorrento a l opposé. Juste à savoir, le soir, il y a le restaurant « so zen » qui peut être un peu bruyant au niveau musique, mais on y mange très bien. Merci encore à Karine ,pasquale et Émilia avec tout le staff.

We did not want to leave!!

This property is amazing!! We want to come back. Not is it just 7 minute walk to the front gate of Pompeii but is so close to Capri. The hosts are so nice and accommodating. The apartment was so clean and had everything we could need! The spa on the patio was very refreshing after a long hot day in Pompeii. The air conditiiner was also amazing. The restaurant and pizza downstairs is so good!! Which is owned by the hosts. It is gated and felt so safe. The befs are very comfortable. My hisband and i took a time out and went to the arabian night so zen bar under the apartment and was beautiful and relaxing. Very nice servers! We definatley will come back!!

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, SoZen restaurant pushed our experience over the top

This apartment is beautiful and clean, with ample space, comfortable beds and in the perfect location to tour Pompeii which is directly across the street. Although the city of Pompeii may seem industrial, the apartment itself is behind an electric locked gate up the hill from the hectic traffic of the city which made us feel safe. The apartment is on the same property as the restaurant So Zen. It was so convenient to have this fabulous restaurant so close to the apartment that it was the only place we ate during our stay. The food was spectacular, the wine and drink selection divine, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight of our experience was Karine, the property manager. She went above and beyond any expectations to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. I cannot say enough about Karine and would stay at this apartment again in a heartbeat. Don't hesitate to book this Vrbo. Please note: Getting off of the highway in Pompeii and finding the apartment was a little tricky, make sure you pay attention to Karine's instructions.

Tolle Lage, wunderbare Terrasse!

Es war alles wunderbar, die Lage direkt an dem Eingang zur Pompeji ist natürlich unschlagbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass es keine Gästetoilette gibt. Aber diese Terrasse reißt alles wieder raus.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire, Karine, le jour de notre arrivée. Elle est restée joignable tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et confortable avec une belle terrasse et vues sur les ruines et la mer d'un côté et le Vésuve de l'autre. Il est parfaitement situé pour se rendre à pied à l'une des entrées du site de Pompéi et à la gare ferroviaire pour visiter Naples. Bonne adresse !

Ideale locatie om drukke regio Pompeii - Napels te bezoeken

Mooi groot appartement, met prachtig groot terras met schitterend uitzicht. Ideaal vertrekpunt om - met ov, trein op 5 minuten - Napels, Ercolano, Vesuvius en Sorrento te bezoeken. De archeologische opgravingen van Pompeii ook naast de deur. Vriendelijke gastvrouw Karine en partner die er alles aan doen om verblijf aangenaam te maken.

Bellissima vacanza

L'appartamento è cosi come si vede nelle foto e nel video. I proprietari non c'erano il giorno del nostro arrivo, ma avevano organizzato una ragazza che ci ha mostrato e spiegato tutto. L'appartamento e la terrazza sono veramente grandi e offrono ampio spazio per 3 bambini Il ristorante e il bar sotto la casa non ci ha dato fastidio. E la musica e la gente non erano mai così forte che non potevamo dormire. Se torniamo nella zona, sicuramente affitteremo lo stesso appartamento

Séjour magnifique

Très belle vue sur le Vésuve, les ruines de Pompéi et le Golfe de Naples. L'appartement est idéalement placé à 5 minutes de la gare et à 5 minutes de l'entrée de Pompei. Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant de nos hôtes qui ont été extrêmement gentils et de bons conseils pour les visites, les côtés pratiques (rejoindre l'aéroport par exemple). Location très confortable, moustiquaires appréciées, très bonne literie, salle de bain impeccable, jacuzzi et terrasse grandioses ! Pizzas du restaurant excellentes et équipe au top ! Que du plaisir !!!

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub in Süditalien

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern, davon 3 Teenager in der Ferienwohnung von Karine. Der Mann von Karine hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles erklärt. Für Tipps und Hilfen stand Karine mit uns in Verbindung, sowohl per whatsapp als auch persönlich. Zu Ostern haben wir tolle Schokoeier bekommen, vielen Dank dafür! Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer spitzen Lage zu den Ausgrabungen und auch den sonstigen Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ausgrabungen können zu Fuß in 5 Min., der Zug in 4 Min. erreicht werden. Die Innenstadt von Pompei ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für unser Auto hatten wir vor der Ferienwohnung einen mit Tor gesicherten Parkplatz - der ist hier Gold Wert! Der Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch - Vesuv, Ausgrabungen, Meer, Capri, Amalfiküste. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und für 6 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche ist zum Kochen sehr gut. Die Autobahn und der Zug sind nahe an der Wohnung, was aber nachts nicht stört, da der Zug nicht fährt und die Autobahn wenig befahren ist. Unterhalb der Wohnung liegt ein Restaurant bzw. eine Eventlocation, die in der Vorsaison bei uns kaum besucht war. Nur einmal war eine Party am Wochenende mit Musik, hier hat uns Karine informiert und wir haben dies genutzt um ebenfalls dort Abend zu essen. Dieses war sehr gut. Auch für einen Drink ist es eine tolle Location. Die laute Musik - vor allem die Bässe waren in der Wohnung noch leicht zu hören, aber mit Ohrenstöpsel haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt und unser Urlaub war wirklich ein Traumurlaub. Danke!!

Schönes Appartment direkt an den Ruinen

Wir haben uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter pflegen einen persönlichen Umgang und sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist sensationell.

Bel soggiorno a Pompei

Siamo stati bene, l'appartamento è grande e ben strutturato. La piscina in terrazzo è stata molto apprezzata dai ragazzi. La posizione è comoda, vicino alla stazione della circumvesuviana, al casello autostradale e con la comodità del posto auto al sicuro. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile.
