Lots of books and games to use which was a bonus! Location was perfect and the addition of daily views of Chip the Smokey Mountain horse to their adorable golden retriever greeting us, Kathy was the ultimate host! Highly recommend booking this apartment if you’re in the Fairbanks area visiting. You will not be disappointed. "

"Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again."
