"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this little house on the water. The kayak was a hit with our little ones who also loved to watch the crabs scurry. Swansboro, with cute restaurants and shops, is only minutes down the main road on which the house sits. Would definitely recommend! "

"Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords."

"My friends and I came for a week to celebrate end of the semester! It was a great property with plenty of space for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed and some great living spaces with great seating options. It was in a convenient location for the beach (about 10 minute drive) and was in a gated community. 10/10 and would stay here again. "

"This property was an amazing place to stay for our vacation. The dogs absolutely loved the fully fenced in yard and so did we. The house itself is beautiful. Had everything we needed, the host was amazing and available to answer questions we had. It was crazy hot outside when we stayed so we only got to enjoy the hot tub once but it was awesome when we finally did. We would definitely stay here again. "
