"We had a great stay at the property. It had everything we needed to get some comfortable rest and daily hiking. Made breakfast daily and not too far from some restaurants up the road. Spent the first snowy evening in the hot tub and hiked locally the first day. Took a short drive to Fallen Leaf Lake where we hiked the next day. The mountain venue is spectacular!"

"The cabin looked like the ad but with quite a bit of snow. Perfect location for skiing at Palisades and Alpine. Kitchen was not as well equipped with limited supplies. We asked about grill and were told it was not available but then were invited to use the neighbors. Bed was extremely comfortable. We were very appreciative of the addition glasses left."

"The resort is nice, they are very stringent on the rules. Home owner was great, responded super quick and was very accommodating. The unit is as described and the pictures are well representation of reality. There is a ski lift just at the base of the resort and the ski concierge is an added perk. The cost does not include resort fee or parking but everything else is great. Staff was very kind"

"A really nice stay with everything as listed. The location is great and easy to get to. Away from it all but close enough to town for restaurants, the lake, and activities. The home warmed up nicely, had a nice functional hot tub, and was clean and comfortable. Let me not forget the wood stove, which was pre-loaded and really a nice plus. Noteworthy: -Kitchen supplies minimal but with Safeway nearby -Cell service (verizon) not very good but great Wifi provided - A tiny amount of effort to work...

"this was a great location for our group! we came to west lake tahoe to ski/snowboard at homewood. highly recommend this place, although it was a little hard to find because there are two entrances to the community - a north entrance and a south entrance. for this listing, you have to enter from the south entrance (it wasn't very clear at night when we arrived). we also weren't granted a late check out time even though there weren't back to back listings. other than that, this property was well...
