Excellent

Gorgeous villa with easy access to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. It is remote so you couldn’t go there without a car. Villa was very well equipped and the host was very communicative. A great trip, thank you!

Villa Paradis in Paradise

This villa was well equipped clean and very spacious. The views of the mountains around were just amazing. It was just perfect for us and our adult sons and a fiancé. The pool was a great size in spacious grounds. It was in a quiet and peaceful place but was only 10 mins drive to Pollenca and 15mins to Puerto de Pollenca. The owner was very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries we had. No negatives only positives about this place. Highly recommended!

Holiday Review

A very spacious villa with excellent amenities. The location is stunning with amazing views of the mountains. It is 10 minutes to Pollensa by car on an easy road so you are close to many restaurants and shops. The villa is very quiet with plenty of outside space and a lovely pool. We had a fantastic holiday and would thoroughly recommend it. The owner was very helpful and obviously takes great pride in her property.

Gute Wahl

Die Finka bietet reichlich Platz für 4 Paare. Das war ausschlaggebend für unsere Wahl. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Das Internet wirkt manchmal überlastet. Paula ist immer erreichbar und zur Stelle, wenn es darum geht den ein oder anderen Wunsch zu erfüllen oder Probleme zu beseitigen. Vielen Dank an Sie.

A special find

4 x adults, 2 x 2.5 year olds and 1 x 6 month old stayed for one week. It’s a beautiful villa with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The pool is perfect, the grounds are fenced in and private, every bedroom has an en-suite. The scenery surrounding the villa is breathtaking. So well located to old town Pollença which is stunning, and 10 mins from Port De Pollença by car. Supermarkets within 5 mins drive. Airport trip is easy as well - mostly on motorway. 50 mins. Such a brilliant holiday and we would absolutely go back! Thank you Paula

Glorious

We have just finished a week at the villa. What a gorgeous week. Paula has been great with communication, helping out with translations for my daughters allergies. She’s also very fast to respond. The bills is clean, large and cool. Air con in the bedrooms is great. You need a car but we enjoyed being away from everyone else, the children adored the pool, they had even left some inflatables which they had such fun on. The tv, internet all worked well and we loved eating outside on the large table- big enough for two families. Pollensa the nearest town was even better than expected. We enjoyed the Sunday market. Also hired a boat from The port (although it was quite choppy for a small boat). We loved Mallorca and the holiday

Schönes Objekt

Sehr schönes Objekt in ausgezeichneter Lage. Ruhig für Nicht-Partygänger. Von der nahe gelegenen Strasse her zu unserer Zeit kein Lärm. Wir waren die ersten Mieter nach der Winterpause, und hätten uns über eine etwas bessere Vorbereitung des Objekts (z.B. Vorheizen!) gefreut. Später war alles ok, sehr freundliche Betreuung.

Erwartungen übertroffen

Die Ankunft war ein wenig (wie erwartet) holprig, aber mit dem Gps + Beschreibung und Fotos hat’s dann doch auf Anhieb geklappt, die Villa zu finden. Dort angekommen, waren wir von der Sauberkeit überrascht. Die Villa ist riesig aber sowohl im außenbereich als auch in den Innenräumen war alles in einem hervorragenden Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere die der Küche ließ nichts vermissen. Im Pool liegen , wie in andere Bewertungen bereits beschrieben häufig Tierchen . Diese kriegt man aber wirklich sehr schnell raus . Während den 7 Tagen war aber auch jemand wegen dem Pool da und auch frische Handtücher wurden gebracht. Die Eigentümerin war auch immer sehr gut erreichbar (WA) und hat in der Villa in ein Mäppchen eine tolle Übersicht über die Gegend und was man wissen könnte / sollte hinterlegt. Insgesamt hat man den Eindruck dort als Gast sehr willkommen zu sein . Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Tolle Finca in Mitten der Natur!!

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern in dieser schönen Finca. Mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern genug Platz für alle. Das Haus war sauber und alle 4 Tage wurden die Betten gemacht und der Putzservice kam mit neuen Handtüchern. Ebenfalls wurde der große Pool von Pep dem Gärtner während unseres Aufenthalts kontrolliert und gereinigt. Die Lage ist Abseits in mitten der Natur umgeben von Bergen. Die Ruhe ein Traum. Man benötigt allerdings unbedingt ein Auto, da die nächste Stadt Pollenca 7 km entfernt ist. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl und Eroski. Die ganze Familie von Klein bis Groß hatte einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Paradies.

Traumhafte Lage, Ruhe und schöne Finka

Wir sind im Juli 2020 mit 7 Personen in der Finka gewesen. Wir haben alles sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Zimmer sind alle groß mit schönem Bad und Klima. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Abgerundet wird die tolle Finka von einem großen Pool und einer schönen überdachten Terrasse. Hier kann man gut entspannen, die Ruhe und das traumhafte Bergpanorama genießen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Traumhafte Ruhe im "kleinen Luxus"

Eine mit Stil und Geschmack eingerichtete Villa/Finka in Alleinlage, mehr Ruhe und Entspannung geht nicht. Alle erdenklichen Küchengeräte sind vorhanden, ein großer Weber Grill steht auf der Terasse zur Verfügung. Entertainment und WLAN sind auch gegeben, ein sauberer Pool rundet alles ab. Hier kann man ganz entspannt Urlaub machen und sich erholen. Pollensa eine traumhafte Stadt mit tollem sonntäglichem Markt ist in 5 min erreichbar. Eine sehr charmante Vermieterin, die mit Tipps und für Fragen gern zur Seite steht.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa with amazing mountain views!

The property is lovely in a beautiful, private and peaceful setting. The pictures and descriptions are an exact representation of the property. Amazing views with the benefit of a beautifully spacious and well equipped, comfortable villa. Paula, the owner could not have been more helpful both during the booking process and throughout our stay. We had a problem with hot water on 2 occasions but after a quick WhatsApp message to Paula this was quickly dealt with and we had no further issues. WiFi was fine for email, WhatsApp and Instagram but can slow down at times, but no complaints as we were warned in advance. Some bougainvillea were planted during our stay which will be a beautiful addition to the villa! An easy and quick drive to lovely Pollença and local supermarkets. Market day on Sunday in Pollença is well worth a visit.

Picture Perfect

This is a modern yet traditional house in a beautiful setting. The house is extremely well appointed and left us wanting for nothing. Cleaners visited 3 times during our 2 week stay and changed towels and linen. The gardener also came every 3-4 days to clean the pool and cut grass. Paula was responsive to all our enquiries and checked-in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The location is outstanding with unparalleled views. Ideal for an evening drink by the pool! This is the perfect setting for a tranquil and luxurious vacation. We miss it already!

Relaxation near Pollenca

The property was beautiful and felt luxurious with welcoming gifts and a high standard of cleanliness and style. The gardens were well tended and pool perfect for the heat. The air conditioned bedrooms meant comfortable nights and only a short 10 minute drive to the shops and beautiful Pollenca. Paula was attentive and we thank her for allowing us to share her lovely house.

Dårlig oplevelse til 22000 kr

Huset ligger i mellem 2 bjerge med dejlig udsigt. Men bærer præg af manglende vedligeholdelse. Pool bliver daglig fyldt med rigtig mange insekter og de ender med at ligge over hele bunden. Pool mand havde ikke renset pool da vi kom. Skal man svømme i pool skal man hver time fjerne masser af dyr med net. Der er Ingen internet, (Ca 1min for at åbne Google) Vi nævnte det for agent, hun sagde det var dårligt, men man kan ikke bruge det... Efter 2 dage begyndte alle badeværelser at luge at kloak, vi nævnte det for agent som kendte til problemet. Men ingen løsning på grim lugt på badeværelser. Vi har gennem mange år lejet forskellige huse på Mallorca men aldrig så dårlig en oplevelses.

Wir waren Anfang Mai

Die Finka ist wunderschön (schöner als auf den Bildern) und sehr sauber. Der Pool wurde auch von einem Personal gesäubert. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Es gab einen Hochstuhl und ein Krabbelbett. In der nähe gibt es auch einen Lidl. Paula war auch sehr bemüht und hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und war auch sehr bemüht. Wir waren begeistert und empfehlen die Finka jedem weiter. Die Lage ist wunderschön und die nächste größere Stadt Pollenca hat uns ebenso sehr gefallen.

c'est une villa exceptionnelle, qui se situe dans un lieu unique entouré de grands espaces

Nous avons été 15 jours dans cette villa qui est la meilleure prestation que nous ayons eu depuis 4 ans que nous partons avec Abritel. Tout d'abord la villa est située dans un cadre complètement merveilleux, vous êtes à 6 km de la mer, au début des chaines montagneuses de Majorque, elle est parfaitement située, très au calme, où les paysages sont à couper le souffle. C'est une villa où vous trouverez de l'espace pour les enfants, une très grande piscine, avec de quoi se reposer tout autour. Vous êtes au calme, les chèvres sauvages viennent vous rendre visite tous les jours (elles sont à l'extérieur de la propriété qui est fermée par une clôture). Le jardin est impeccablement entretenu, la villa est d'une propreté remarquable, très bien équipé de toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles, l'entretien de la piscine est juste parfait, et l'équipe de ménage s'occupe des literies 2 fois par semaine. C'est un endroit que nous pouvons que recommander. Merci de nous avoir fait découvrir cette magnifique région grâce à cet accueil dans cette villa. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

Lovely house. Lovely setting.

We stayed here for two weeks in early June and really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and very well furnished. Everything we might have wanted was provided. It is set in its own fenced grounds in an area of that once may have been a farmed a long time ago. It is now just grassland and trees with a resident population of goats that are quite entertaining. It is a very quiet spot. No other houses are visible and the views are spectacular. It is about 15 minutes drive to the centre of Pollenca and 20 to Porto Pollenca but the roads are quite good. The owner is very pleasant and easy to communicate with.
