This traditional Spanish villa has the best of both worlds with a rural setting but a 5 minutes' drive to the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Plus, the historic Old Town of Pollensa is nearby too, 10 minutes' drive away. Back at the villa, you can enjoy the private swimming pool and a spacious lawn - the perfect relaxing retreat. WiFi and air conditioning/heating is included in the bedrooms.

Positioned at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, Villa Suau Petit is ideally located between the resorts of Puerto Pollensa and the Old Town of Pollensa. The popular marina in Puerto Pollensa is only 5 minutes’ drive away with lots of chic seafront bars and restaurants. Head into Pollensa old town, 10 minutes’ drive away, where you can explore the historic cobbled streets and dine in authentic Spanish restaurants.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
