Wonderful villa

This villa is absolutely amazing! It was spotlessly clean on arrival and was very well equipped. The interior is gorgeous and very stylish and the outside area beautiful, so many different areas to sit and enjoy! We will definitely be back - thank you so much!

Wunderbares Domizil

Wir hatten sehr schöne und erholsame 2 Wochen in einem super Ferienhaus mit einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten. Das Haupthaus war in Teilen wohl auch neu renoviert mit einer neuen Küche. Alle Beschreibungen trafen zu. Es gibt rückblickend keinerlei Anlass irgendetwas zu bemängeln. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit bekamen wir von Carlos, der uns auch mit Köstlichkeiten aus seinem Garten versorgte. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Alles wie beschrieben!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (15 und 25) und haben sehr schöne Tage verlebt. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts. Der Außengrill ist prima und lässt sich bei kühleren Abendtemperaturen im Oktober gut mit dem Essen im Poolhaus kombinieren. Als die Kaffeemaschine nicht mehr funktionierte, stand 1 Stunde später eine neue im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Außenanlagen sind wunderschön. Pollença ist fußläufig erreichbar. Empfehlenswert!

Absolutely lovely place to stay.

My husband and I had a lovely holiday stay at this villa. Perfect area and relaxing. We would definitely recommend people to stay here and will be coming back ourselves next year, fingers crossed.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Finca war sehr schön. Diese ist bestens geeignet für ein Paar mit zwei Kindern. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Garten inkl. Pool ist ausgezeichnet, ein wunderschöner Blick in die Berge. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe (4 Minuten Autofahrt), ein Restaurant ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Excellent villa, excellent stay.

Villa is absolutely fantastic. Superb pool, lovely, well kept gardens, secluded quiet neighbourhood, everything provided in the villa that you could possibly want. One of the best we’ve stayed in and we will certainly be back.

Perfect family holiday

Huge pool, immaculate house, beautiful garden with impressive illumination, nicely decorated house and pool house. Pollenca in 15min walking distance. We have rented bikes to buy groceries and for local trips. Although house is on ground level it is not suitable for person in a power wheelchair. There is a step to get to a terrace with a pool and to an additional bathroom outside. The corridor is narrow and not possible to get to bedroom or bathroom inside the house in a power wheelchair. We managed using our ramp and hoist. Wonderful holiday - hope to return one day.

Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern

Schönes Objekt, Super Betreuung, der Garten des Objekts sieht auf den Bildern größer aus, 1 Schlafzimmer roch ein bißchen muffig, das elektrische Eingangstor war die 2. Woche defekt und leider auch nicht von Hand verschließbar, dadurch haben wir uns nicht mehr sehr sicher gefühlt.

Phantastische Finca in wunderschöner Lage

Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, jedoch reist das Ambiete und die Lage alles raus. Alles sehr fein und gepflegter Garten mit einem super Pool, der aber auf Grund der Tiefe nichts für kleine Kinder geeignet ist. Man findet hier Ruhe und einen herrlichen Blick ins Gebirge.

Very pleasant place for holidays

The pool and garden are fantastic. The house is a little basic but okay. Only the jet of the shower is not strong enough. I would recommend this house for maximum 2 adults and 2 kids. Overall we had a great stay here!

Amazing outside space. It doesn't really have two bathrooms

So, first the good points. Carlos and his wife are very friendly - they delivered fresh figs and manzaperas to us a couple of times a week, grown themselves. The pool is a good size and depth for a proper swim, and there's always shade or sun around the pool. Resting under the shade of the olive trees is particularly restful. The mountain backdrop really adds to the feel of the, as of course does the lovely garden. We ate all our meals outside, for which the furniture is adequate. It's a super base for cycling; and Pollenca is only about 5 mins drive away. The bath towels are well past their use-by-date - I think they're more sun tan lotion than cotton now. It's like drying yourself with a sheet of rubber. The second bathroom (we found it 3 days before we left) is outside at the other side of the property - useful for an emergency second toilet but not really as a second bathroom in the morning. Also, it had no hot water. For 11 of our 14 days we had 2 broken sun loungers - we had to go out and buy cushions to make them comfortable for the kids. Would we stay there again? - maybe. We felt a bit cheated on the bathroom front, but we coped. You just have to be a bit more organised than at home in the UK.

Absolutely brilliant place...

A lovely villa with great pool and plenty of communal space. The pool was excellent and the location was nice and quiet. 3 comments...1) We bought inflatables for the kids and an electric pump. I am guessing a lot of guests do so it would be good if people left useful items they could be in a place for others use? Saves everyone visiting the same shop nearby to buy one! 2) It says a 10 min still into town but really it is 25 to the centre where the majority of the restaurants are. We had an excellent meal every night... 3) "Bathroom 2 - Shower Enclosure , Outdoor Shower , external shower room" ... it is just that, an outdoor pool shower so not really a bathroom... there is only one bathroom inside.. Overall a brilliant time but the info above needs mentioning. We would definitely go back to this villa....

Great place to unwind

Cana Joana is a fantastic villa to unwind and was a great choice for a holiday location. Although it's in in area full of other holiday villas, it's totally private and you could easily feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. However, Pollensa is within walking distance (about a mile to the centre) and there's loads of facilities within a short drive. The villa has everything we needed and we loved our week's stay. The pool and table tennis table kept the whole family amused. The only thing that would have improved the week was if the pool was a little warmer as the (unheated) water is a little chilly in April. We will be looking to return for a summer holiday in the future.

Lovely family friendly Villa with excellent garden and pool.

We stayed here for one week in mid August 2016. Myself, my wife and our two kids (9 & 5) absolutely loved it! The Villa is the perfect size for a family of four. It is very clean and everything is up together. The best part of this villa is the lovely garden and pool and the variety of places to sit outside throughout the day and evening. Inside is also ideal. It is decorated to what I believe is typical Majorcan style. The whole time we were in Majorca it was 32 degrees and above every day so we spent very little time indoors. The Villa is situated in La Font which is a ten minute walk from the centre of Pollensa old town. There are a number of Villas in the area which is also surrounded by farmland and fields. The kids loved walking into the old town for an evening and seeing all of the animals in the fields and the different fruit and nut trees that grow in the area. The villa also has it's own automated full height sliding metal gate which leads onto a large driveway with a covered area to park two cars. This is ideal given the heat in August! There is then a walkway through an 8ft hedge which surrounds the villa giving excellent privacy. This leads through the garden and up to the villa. There are two bedrooms which both have individual air con units (required!). There is no other air con in the villa, only the bedrooms. The villa has four different outside seating areas plus there is also a detached pool house with its own full sized kitchen and dining room! We didn't actually use this at all during our stay but it is nice to have if you have guests over for the day or evening. There is also a pool shower and toilet at the rear of this pool house which we didn't find until the end of our stay. There is a separate laundry building with washing machine and iron. Ideal if you have kids or you want to travel light! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need on holiday. The bathroom is also ideal and is fitted to a modern standard. There is very good wifi/internet here and we were all able to stream Netflix and watch videos on iPads, etc and they have a large HD TV in the lounge which we hooked up some devices to. We are definitely considering returning to this villa as we really enjoyed our time here. The owners are often in the orchard next door to the villa and are very friendly.

Superbly maintained exterior. Pool, garden verandas and pool house dining room perfect.

House modest by comparison to the immaculately manicured lawns, paths and pool (beautiful flower bed to one side of the entry path was very attractive as a feature) as indicated the garden verandas and pool house dining room are perfect and with good weather who needs anything more. Two bedrooms (one with narrow twin singles), one bathroom (but pool shower and WC to rear of pool house). comfortable but small lounge – but we never used it as there was no need (and could not work the TV even for Wimbledon!). barbecue washing machine iron etc all made staying with a baby (multiple outfits and washing required!) very comfortable. The local town is very pleasant and a 20 minute walk, although do take torches as the road is narrow and dark on the return trip. Many very good restaurants, excellent pharmacies and local hospital (oh yes we did everything) and two excellent and well-stocked supermarkets just off the roundabout before the property. Oh to have a fish counter like that at home. When locating the property, our only criticism, the road leading to the property is only a few feet from the roundabout and the sign is it obscured by a tree, so took a little finding but worth the effort. A very secure property behind an impressive gate and parking in the shade of a carport, which given the heat, was welcome. The exterior of the property, and we effectively lived outside during the day by the pool, in the sun, in the shade of the verandas and with the pool house dining area, means that this is an exceptional property for four (plus baby) providing that the twin single room and shared bathroom is not an issue. Baby cot, high chair and baby bath seat all provided on request. Lovely area, lovely property, certainly on the list to visit again.

Lovely villa!

Had a fabulous week. Villa was lovely, pool & surrounding gardens were fantastic, pool & table tennis were great addition, perfect for family holidays. Villa was well situated as could get to shops, bars & restaurants within 15 minute walk/5 minute drive.
