Perfect villa

Everything was immaculately presented, in line with the listing and perfect for a family stay. High standard throughout with lovely touches including pool floats, toys etc. Cannot recommend the villa highly enough.

Schöne Lage, sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber

Ein schönes und sehr ruhiges Objekt, das uneinsehbar ist. Hier hat man wirklich keinen Trubel. Trotzdem ist man innerhalb von 3 min in Pollenca oder 8 min am Strand in Port de Pollenca. Eine Erstausstattung mit Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürzen, Öl, etc. ist vorhanden. Es ist Sandspielzeug, Luftmatrazen, Sonnenschirme, Tischtennisplatte, etc. vorhanden. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Der Gastgeber Josep und seine Frau helfen schnell und unkompliziert und sind sehr freundlich. Würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Haus fahren.

Absolutely amazing!

The villa is absolutely stunning. Beautifully decorated to a high standard, great location, you can not see any other properties so you have full privacy. The garden and outside sitting area are beautiful and comfortable. I love the terrace on the top of the garage from where you can watch stunning sunsets. This is the best villa we have stayed in so far. The manager was responding to our queries within a few minutes and was very helpful. The only thing worth noting is that ideally you need a car there. Although the walk to Palensa is not too long (25 min or so) it is alongside a narrow road and at night may be dangerous to walk. If we go to Majorca again we will be renting this villa as we absolutely loved it.

Erholsame Ferien in schöner Villa

Schöne Villa. Auf den Fotos wirkt es etwas grösser, aber der Zustand ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top ausgestattete Finca mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Sehr schöne Finca mit einer super Ausstattung und schöner Einrichtung. Meine Freundinnen und ich haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und waren bei der top ausgestatteten Küche restlos begeistert. Lediglich die sehr enge Einfahrt, hat uns zu Beginn etwas überrascht. Trotzdem haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen!

Super Erholung mit der ganzen Familie

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit meiner Familie in der Finca und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Finca erscheint auf den Fotos etwas größer als in der Realität, was unserem Aufenthalt jedoch nicht weniger angenehm gemacht hat! Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bäder hochwertig und die Küche ist super ausgestattet! Josep, der Vermieter, ist jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Die Außenanlage überzeugt genauso wie das Haus. Die Altstadt Pollenca ist fussläufig über eine typische Landstraße erreichbar. Die Einfahrt zur Finca ist sehr schmal. Mit einem großen Auto ist es nicht leicht die Einfahrt zu passieren. Zur Info: Vom 15.10.-01.04. darf nach spanischem Gesetz der Gartenabfall selber verbrannt werden. Die ersten zwei Tage haben wir dementsprechend mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden immer wieder kommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Finca!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Finca Corb Mari und werden bestimmt noch einmal dorthin fahren. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und waren jederzeit bei Fragen oder sonstigen Angelegenheiten erreichbar. Es gab einen Handtuch- und Bettwäschenwechsel, was den Aufenthalt nochmals perfektionierte. Der Pool ist schön groß und tief, der Garten wundervoll angelegt, die Grillecke fantastisch und alle Räume der Finca sehr schön gestaltet. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Kurz gesagt, das Ambiente war wundervoll und lud zum Wohlfühlen ein!

Ein Traum in Mallorca

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich mitten in der Natur, man kann Hasen und Rebhühner beobachten. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und ebenfalls das Haus. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Der Vermieter, Josep Pons kümmert sich liebevoll um alles. Eine Pfanne war kaputt und eine Stunde später stand er mit einer neuen da. Wir werden sicherlich wieder hinreisen, denn wie der Titel sagt, Corb Mari ist ein wahrer Traum in Mallorca!

Wat een super plek, heel mooi huis, mooie omgeving!

Zeer smaakvol ingericht huis dit. (Volgens onze dochters helemaal Pinterest hip ingericht) fine bedden een mooi groot zwembad en heerlijke veranda. We waren ook erg gecharmeerd van de omgeving, gezellige plaatsjes met veel keuze uit goede restaurants! De eigenaar reageerde erg snel en was heel behulpzaam. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug!

Heerlijk vakantieadres

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de woning. Alles schoon en netjes. Contact met de verhuurder was erg prettig. Joseph reageerde snel en was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijke plek om vanuit hier het Noorden van het eiland te ontdekken . Komen zeker nog eens terug. Echtheden aanrader!

Traumhafte Villa - wir kommen wieder

Wir haben dieses Haus bereits vergangenes Jahr gebucht und haben uns trotz der aktuellen Situation entschieden die Reise anzutreten. Die Kommunikation mit Josep, dem Vermieter, war immer exzellent. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Rande von Pollença. Es war bei der Ankunft super sauber, Handtücher wurden regelmäßig von zwei netten Damen gewechselt und in unserer Reisezeit (12 Tage) auch einmal die Betten frisch bezogen und das Haus geputzt. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde wohl gefühlt. Der großzügige Pool wurde ebenfalls alle paar Tage von zwei Herren gepflegt. Er lädt definitiv zum verweilen im schönen gepflegten Garten ein. Sonnenliegen, Schirme alles vorhanden. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Villa Corb Mari und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Und nochmal ein ganz großes Lob an Josep als Vermieter. Er war immer erreichbar und er hat uns (trotz Corona) einen traumhaften Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus ermöglicht. Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden :) Grobe Fahrzeiten: Einkaufen in der Nähe Lidl und Eroski ca 5 Minuten Pollença Stadt ca 3 Minuten Port de Pollença ca 12 Minuten Cap Formentor ca 20 Minuten Platja de Muro ca 18 Minuten Palma Flughafen ca 40 Minuten Wir können einen Urlaub in der Villa Corb Mari zu 100% empfehlen.

Belle maison très agréable à vivre

Située au Nord de l’Ile à 2 mn de la charmante ville de Pollença. La maison a été rénovée cette année. Elle est fonctionnelle, facile à vivre, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Une salle de douche a été créée dans une des chambres et la grande salle de bains accueille une grande douche à l’italienne. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Nous avons eu un coup de foudre pour cette partie de l’île où tout le monde peut trouver son compte : randonnée, vélo, kitesurf et bien évidemment de magnifiques criques. Enfin, merci à l’accueil chaleureux de Josep.

Wir hatten 10 sonnige, tolle Tage in der Finca und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, wenn man Ruhe mag und wirklich abschalten möchte. Der Pool war toll und wurde von uns viel genutzt. Der Handtuch- und Bettwäschenwechsel, sowie die Zwischenreinigung ist ein toller Service. Joseph der Vermieter war sehr nett, war gut zu erreichen und konnte uns bei Fragen sehr schnell helfen. Einzig die Mückenplage bei eintretender Dunkelheit war etwas herausfordernd, aber dafür kann nun wirklich keiner was, vll wären Moskitonetze gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Great villa

Loved our two weeks staying at this wonderful villa. Beautifully clean with comfortable beds. Highlight for us was the fantastic pool. Location is perfect for exploring the Pollença area - especially the town of Pollença and Port de Pollenca Josep is also a great host (as was his father who came one evening with a gift of produce from his allotment).

Great outside space but both bathrooms need updating...

The final approach to the villa is a little precarious as The track is narrow - and The villa is not well signposted off The road. The pool area and gardens are lovely...and were well used. The outside dining area and bbq are excellent and we practically Ives outside for the whole 2weeks .. We felt however that the inside of the villa needs a little attention. The bedroom furniture is not great in any of the bedrooms and both of the bathrooms need updating urgently as there is only 1 proper shower in the villa which sleeps 6...and that shower cubicle in the upstairs bathroom leaks badly as the shower doors don't close properly. .The downstairs bathroom has a spa bath and hand held shower which is very outdated. We must say that Josep was a delight to deal with and was most helpful. We would not want to put anyone off using this villa...with a few tweaks to the bedroom furniture and 2 updated bathrooms this could indeed be a great place to stay. Pollensa town is charming it's the 3rd year running that we have visited...

Wirklich toll!

Wir hatten einen klasse Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Vom inneren des Hauses bis hin zum gesamten Grundstück, ist alles sehr gepflegt. Man konnte wirklich abschalten und die Ruhe genießen. Der Vorteil ist, dass man mit dem Auto in circa 2-3 Minuten sofort in der malerischen Stadt Pollença ist. Hier lässt es sich wirklich aushalten. Wir können guten Herzens sagen, dass wir dieses Haus dringend weiterempfehlen. Auch der Service hinsichtlich der Handtücher ist wirklich toll. Der Vermieter selbst reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen via E-Mail und ist auch sofort an Ort und Stelle, sofern man eine Nachrage hat. Wirklich toll! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vor Ort und hatten reichlich Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. 5 Sterne an den Vermieter und sein Ferienhaus! Gerne wieder!!!

schöne spanische traditionelle Finca mit schönem Pool und Garten

Servie mit Handtuchwechsel etc. war sehr gut,Pool wurde kontrolliert und Hr.J.Pons hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wenn das Wetter mitgespielt hätte, wäre es ein perfekter Urlaub gewesen !

Great Villa.

We were a family of 4 (Kids 10 + 12) and first time in Mallorca. Loved the villa, very private, great sized pool and only 10 min to Puerto Pollensa and a Lidl supermarket. Lots of great beaches to explore, small motor boats to hire and restaurants all along the Pine Walk. Any queries Josep (the owner) came back to us within minutes. We had a great holiday and would love to go back.

Lovely Week

Great property, located in the countryside but with a few villas in the surrounding area so you don't feel too isolated. Pool was lovely if a little cold for a 20-month old baby! Found buckets and spades and a large inflatable ball in the garage which was great. Outside dining and seating options were nice. It is a little more compact than it appears from the pictures but was easily big enough for four adults and a baby. Josep was very helpful, turned up within the hour when we requested a couple of additional blankets. Thought the villa was well equipped, plenty of cutlery and cooking equipment (multiple methods for making coffee!). TV is heavily biased towards German channels - worth taking DVDs with you if you are likely to be relying on the screen for entertainment. The roof terrace was nice for looking at the stars, even saw a couple of lizards up there. We had a neighbouring cat come to visit most days. Location is handy - couple of minutes drive to get to Pollensa town and maybe 10 minutes to a decent sized supermarket - 15 minutes drive to get to Puerto Pollensa with a lovely beach and nice restaurants.
