Lovely Villa great location just a 20 min walk into Port de Pollensa. Just some advise for anyone driving to the villa once you get to the iron bridge it looks like you cant go any further but go over the bridge and turn right then you will get there. We thought it was a dead end. Great holiday .

Entspannter, kurzer Aufenthalt!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für einige Tage zu viert gemietet. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, trotz dessen sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Strand und auch die Stadt Port de Pollenca schnell zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist hier durchaus von Vorteil. Der Pool, die Outdoorküche mit Grill und auch die möglichen Aktivitäten (Tischtennis & Billiard) sind sehr cool. Ansonsten ist das Haus in Ordnung ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle eine Klimaanlage. Es könnten jedoch einige Küchenutensilien (Pfannen, Töpfe etc.) erneuert werden und einige Basics (Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Reinigungsmittel etc.) könnten ausreichend vorhanden sein. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte an einigen Punkten etwas besser sein (u.a. Armaturen, Ecken). Check-In & Check-Out und die Kommunikation haben sehr gut funktioniert. Grundsätzlich gerne wieder!

Renovierubgsbedürftigte Finca

Wer ruhe und Natur mag wird es hier lieben. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Leider ist die Finca etwas verlebt. + gut ausgestattet (z.b viele Töpfe, deutlich mehr Geschirr als für 4 Personen) + Billiard/Tischtennis + Toast, Wurst und Milch gabs zur Begrüßung - schimmel im November in der gesamten Finca, dadurch, trotzt Lüften , immer ein modriger Geruch - Stromversorgung mangelhaft (wenn zb zwei Heizer, die Spülmaschine und der Fernseher läuft fliegen die Sicherungen raus ) Ist wohl ein bekanntes Problem: Zettel mit Info, was ist zu tun wenn?, liegt vor -für eine ganze Woche gabs nur eine Rolle Klopapier und ganze 3 Spülmaschinen Tabs.... -Duschkopf (Bad im Haus) ist ziemlich dahin Alles in allem eine schöne Finca mit toller Lage. Wie oben beschrieben aber leider nicht mehr ganz so gut in Schuss.

Es war sehr schön in der Villa Moya. Für eine vierköpfige Familie genau das richtige, die Kinder können toben ohne den Nachbarn zu stören und wir großen können abschalten. Perfekt

Total relaxation to enjoy time with family.

Property tucked away down quiet lane but within a 20 min walk to shops and beach. It was a delightful view which ever way we looked. Very clean and well equipped.The pool was in constant use and cleaned during our week there.

Herrlicher Ort

Entspannt, toller Blick, grosser saubere Pool, ein sehr gepflegter Objekt. Leider waren wir nur über das WOchenende da. Aber wir kommen wieder. Ein Moskitos - Netz wäre dennoch angebracht. Bis ganz bald.

Perfect little hideaway but close enough to town.

If you want peace and quiet then this location is perfect. It is off the beaten track but only about 25 minutes walk into town. A torch is required to walk home on an evening. The facilities are good and the pool is excellent they have tried to think of everything you may need. The instructions they provided were excellent and we had to contact owl bookings a couple of times and the response was quick. If you are expecting luxury this is not the place for you but if you are looking for an excellent clean villa in a beautiful location they I think you will struggle to find anything better than this.

Tolle Finca in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage

Die Finca liegt ganz am Rand von Port de Pollenca in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Berge. Ein Auto ist hier auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, Handtuchwechsel 2 mal in 2 Wochen, einmal Reinigung der Fußböden, zum Empfang ein gefüllter Kühlschrank. Eigentlich fehlt es in der Finca an nichts, einzig die Matratzen der Betten waren für uns zu hart (insbesondere für Seitenschläfer) hier könnten Matratzentopper oder neue Matrazen Abhilfe schaffen. Als Bettzeug gibt es nur die obligatorischen dünnen Bettlaken mit Wolldecken; wir haben uns kurzerhand bei Ikea in Palma „richtige“ Bettbezüge mit günstigen Bettdecken gekauft, da die Nächte doch kühl waren. Ein Ausflug zur nahegelegenen Cala de Bóquer sollte man unbedingt einplanen, aber besser nicht, wenn es zuvor geregnet hat, dann ist der Abstieg zur Bucht rutschig. Alles in allem: ein wirklich schöner Urlaub und ein sehr netter Vermieter.

Wunderschön gelegen, herrlich einsam, liebevolle Betreuung.

Dieses Haus ist etwas Besonderes. Die Landschaft phantastisch. Wir haben Fahrräder gemietet, ca. 6 Euro am Tag. Dafür kann man das Auto stehen lassen und ist in 6 Minuten beim Eroski zum Brötchen holen, oder schnell am Strand ohne Parkplatzsuche. Vielen Dank an Pep und seine Familie, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gut gelegen, fußläufig zum Ort 20 min. und trotzdem im Grünen Finca sehr sauber ,

Finca sehr sauber, Bettwäsche grenzwertig. Handtücher und Badelaken wurden bei einer Woche Aufenthalt einmal gewechselt-top . Sehr freundlicher Vermieter/ Verwalter.Kühlschrank bei Ankunft mit Lebensmitteln und Wasser fürs erste Frühstück gefüllt. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, entspannte Woche in der Villa Moya. Die Anreise mit dem Mietauto sowie Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe waren sehr unkompliziert. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über das Starterset im Kühlschrank ( Milch, Schinken ,Käse, Orangensaft, Nudeln, Brot) da wir am Sonntag anreisten und die Supermärkte geschlossen waren. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Villa mit einer perfekten Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Der Service klappte super, Probleme mit dem Internet waren am nächsten Tag behoben.

Fantastic stay at Villa Moya in October half term

We were an adult couple staying for 5 nights. The villa was lovely - fantastic pool and 4 comfy sun loungers. Well equipped kitchen - everything you have at home! It's a relatively easy 15/20 minute walk to the harbour and restaurants. Car hire isn't essential but I would recommend. Overall, a fantastic villa and the service from Owl Booking was very professional. We would happily stay again! Thank you 😊

Just beautiful!

We have recently returned from 2 weeks at Villa Moya and had a super time. The villa is perfect - as described, more beautiful even. The setting is stunning, in almost total seclusion overlooked by nothing other than the neighbouring sheep and the beautiful hills. The villa is really well equipped and we were even greeted with a lovely hamper of goodies for us and our children - thank you again! The gardens are just lovely, a great pool area, vineyards, fig trees where you can help yourself to the beautiful ripe figs. It's just beautiful. The owners take great care to ensure the property is immaculate. There was a problem with the filter in the pool when we arrived and they were round to fix it the following morning. We stayed with our 2 toddlers and they loved their holiday home! The outdoors area is great, sun if you want it or shade if you want it. And a separate barbecue building! And did I mention the pool table and table tennis? We never even got round to using it we had so much fun in the pool. The walk into town is flat - about 20 minutes to the first bit of beach, past some horses, chickens, goats and other beautiful villas - lots to entertain the little ones. 15 minutes to the supermarket. It's a little bit longer to get round to the gorgeous pine walk though but getting around Port de Pollenca isn't a problem at all, maybe a little too warm for the kids around lunchtime but that's due to the June heatwave! The pool soon refreshed us. I couldn't recommend this place more - we will certainly be returning here in the next few years. Port de Pollenca is lovely too - great restaurants, lovely beaches and really friendly people. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The Beautiful Villa Moya

We stayed for a week at Villa Moya as a party of 4. The Villa is well kept, very clean and well equipped.The pool is clean and a really good size.Pool towels and bath towels are provided and good quality. A welcome pack of food and drink is provided and is a good variety of products to start you off. The outside areas are clean, tidy spacious and quiet. The walk from the Villa to Puerto Pollenca takes about 15 to 20 minutes and is quite pleasant and keeps you in trim with all the nice restaurants in the area. We greatly enjoyed our stay and may return again at some point. Thank you to the Owners, Pep and all involved in the up keep of the Villa we had a great time and didn't want to leave after our week was up.

Couldn't ask for more!

Villa Moyà is absolutely stunning. The surroundings are stunning and the villa itself it beautiful. It's brilliantly well equipped; we travelled with an 11 month old baby and had everything we needed. The pool provided us with so many fun afternoons of swimming and was just warm enough in May to swim in. We used the outdoor kitchen lots too! The wifi is great, so you can plan trips out. The villa is a 20 minture stroll to Puerto Pollensa. Pep was so helpful too, and responded immediately to any queries. Just brilliant, looking to book for next year too.

secluded, calm, spacious

We had a great stay in May 2017, villa was clean, as described and as it looks in all photos. BBQ area was great, lounge/living area stayed shady so was cool all day. We walked into town one evening (the rest of the time we cycled), and it took approx 20 minutes to the town centre, walking slowly, maybe a bit less.
