Para unas vacaciones tranquilas

En general muy bien. Zona tranquila y bien situada. Lastima de la estación transformadora que está justo enfrente si bien no ocasiona molestias ni ruidos. La otra incidencia es que la mesa de ping-pong anunciada estaba retirada por estar sin tablero.

Lo mejor la barbacoa!!!

La casa tiene mucha humedad menos mal que la chimenea y los aires funcionaban muy bien. La barbacoa es estupenda pero por encima de la casa pasan los cables de una central eléctrica..... El paisaje y tranquilidad es ideal.

La maison et le jardin sont très propres et très bien entretenus. Nous avons énormément profité de l'hacienda. C'est un endroit très agréable et convivial. Les pièces de la maison sont spacieuses et bien agencées, 3 salles de bain ce qui est appréciable lorsqu'on est nombreux. Idéal pour 8 personnes. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. A recommander !

Lovely Villa Family Holiday

The villa was exactly what we were expecting given the price. Pool was great however was not cleaned during our stay. And whilst the outside area was good and outside kitchen/bbq area fab, it lacked a garden sofa set which would have made the evenigs more relaxing. Defo recommend a car, although taxis were very reliable and aprx €8-10 each way. Overall rating 8.5/10

Schöne Woche trotz Mücken

Die Finca hat uns gut gefallen, die Zimmer waren ganz nett eingerichtet, die Gartenanlage war schön, der Pool ausreichend groß und die Lage in der Nähe zu den Bergen wirklich schön. Das Kraftwerk nebenan wurde schon mehrmals erwähnt, stört uns nicht weiter. Als der Blitz während eines Gewitters ein paarmal dort einschlug, war der Lärm ohrenbetäubend. Aber auch so ein Gewitter ist ja ein Erlebnis! Die Tischtennisplatte und der Pool waren bei uns der Hit! Abends draußen zu essen war sehr heiß (es weht kaum ein Lüftchen in der Sitzecke) und ab späten Nachmittag gab es viele Mücken. Wir waren immer bewaffnet mit Autan und dem Mückenstichhitzestick.. Die Unterlagen mit Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps waren sehr nützlich, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur bei Fragen wunderbar. Alles in allem eine schöne Woche in der Villa Maria.

Great Finka with a really nice charme

We where really happy with the finka since it has a lot of space, many bathrooms, a great kitchen, an cosy oven with a nice living room.... and much more! We might come back ;)

Fabulous!

This is a very beautiful villa which had everything we needed. It is very quiet and peaceful, the pool and terrace area is just perfect. The location is lovely, easily accessible to the beach in 10 minutes by car or running! Port de Pollenca is a stunning location with lots of great restaurants. Great for a short break but we would love to come back and stay for longer. Thank you for the excellent service from the management company.

Dejlig ferie

Feriehuset lignede meget det vi havde set på billederne. Dog undrede vi os lidt over, at det på billederne er hvidt, men i virkeligheden bygget op i sten. Dette havde selvfølgelig inden betydning for opholdet. Der var dejligt med skygge hele dagen. Er godt køleskab og en god fryser. Vi benyttede os af vaskemaskinen, det var også rart med den mulighed. En stor luksus at der var så mange håndklæder, både til pool og til brusebad. Sengene var fine at sove i, badeværelser var store og rummelige. Det ene badeværelse er i forlængelse af et soveværelse, og man har derved ikke noget privatliv. Dette bør tydeliggøres i annoncen. Da vi ankom til huset, var poolen meget beskidt. Da udlejningskontaktpersonen ankom morgenen efter, påtalte vi dette. Der gik maks 30 min inden poolfirmaet kom med rengøring. Der viser sig at det skyldtes blodregn dagen forinden. Resten af ugen var poolen rigtig fin. Indenfor var der rigtig rigtig mange myrer. Vi købte myrespray, da de ellers rendte i køkkenet og på badeværelset, og dette var ikke særlig lækkert at lave mad i. Der er en stor transformerstation bagved huset. Ikke noget der generede. Mange af drikkeglasene var meget beskidte (måske af kalk). Der var en underlig muggen fugtig lugt på soveværelsere. Det blev bedre i løbet af natten med aircondition, men om aftenen var problemet der igen. Især i skabene, som ingen af os brugte, da vores tøj ville komme til at lugte. Aircondition startede først kl. 21.00 om aftenen. Dette godt af hensyn til miljøet, men når børnene skulle sove kl. 19.30-20.00 nogle aftener, var det ikke hensigtsmæssigt, men alt for varmt. Huset var overordnet set rigtig fint. Vi benyttede det mest til at sove og lave mad, ellers var vi udenfor.

Nice House, Close to the Beach

Well situated for the beach, easy access to Peurto Pollenca and Pollenca town. Decent house, plenty of space. It's not all that well equipped (no staples like olive oil, etc that many properties keep stocked in the kitchen). But OK. Grocery store is 5 minutes down the road. One issue is that the house is located directly over the road from the local power substation - so there are multiple sets of power lines and pylons in view wherever you're sitting outside. So that's not ideal, but not a deal-breaker either. Good house for the money. And excellent communication with the team at Owl Booking. So that's a plus.

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Maria

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Maria. The house is beautiful, has everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool is big with lots of toys for the children to play in the water and at the beach. The garden is beautiful. Three bathrooms are more than enough if 8 people stay in the house. What I appreciated the most is that if there is anything you need, Owl Booking staff responds in a really short time helping our with whatever you need or is maybe broken. We will recommend the Villa to familys or groups of friends. The location is also great, no direct neighbors, but you are really close to Pollenca, Port de Pollenca, the beach, the mountain, a supermarket and Alcudia. And not more than 40 minutes drive to the airport.

mooie rustig gelegen authentieke Majorkaanse villa

bij aankomst was er al iemand bij de villa die ons alle uitleg gaf , en een mooie welkomstmand met div lekkernijen bij zich had. we waren met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen en we hebben 10 dagen genoten van de villa , het zwembad en de buiten bbq. wat we erg waardeerde , is dat bij een erg grote lange regenbui de organisatie ons kwam bezoeken om te vragen of dat alles in orde was, half Majorca stond onder water (half Oktober) maar wij hadden nergens last van. zelfs politie kwam regelmatig langs om alles na te vragen of het in orde was, Hulde !!!! kan dit leuke onderkomen aan een ieder aanbevelen.

Schönes Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktion bei Problemen. Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen und den Bildern, bietet ausreichend Platz (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und liegt gut. Hinter dem Haus ist eine Art "Hof" und Strommasten, die aber nicht zu sehen sind, außer einem Mast, der aber auch auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist. Ein Mietauto ist notwendig. Die Terrasse ist toll und der Pool ist gepflegt. Aufgrund der vielen Regenfälle haben wir die Klimanaglage als Heizung benutzt, um die auftretende Feuchtigkeit zu regulieren. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Und sofern etwas nicht funktioniert oder kaputt ist, wird reagiert. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und neu. Der Ofen bedurfte einer speziellen Handhabung und etwas Geduld, bis er wirklich heiß war. Der Herd funktionierte einwandfrei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind dicht (mit dem Auto ca. 7 Minuten). Pollenca ist ein wunderschöner Ort.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Für unsere Familie optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr schöne finca. Lage ist top. 2 km zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Alles sa was man braucht. Alles sauber. Nur ein Zimmer (Schattenseite) war etwas feucht und roch daher muffig. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig problemlos. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, das 10 Uhr auschecken vorgegeben war und um halb 10 schon die Putzkolonne eintraf. Etwas überfallmässig.

Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel, Strom- und Wasserausfall

Schimmel an den Wänden, Schimmel in den Tassen, Töpfen und Tellern. Wiederholt Strom- und Wasserausfall trotz Reklamation und Besuch von Vermieter. Bellende Hunde die ganze Nacht und Nachbar mit Schweinen im Stall/draussen haben zur negativen Erlebnis beigetragen. Hochspannungsmasten direkt beim Haus. Leider eine sehr grosse Enttäuschung trotz den schönen Fotos vom Haus im Internet. Für 7 Personen eine Enttäuschung, die durch eine Mietreduktion leider nicht wiedergutgemacht werden konnte.

Property and location was great

We were not greeted at the property upon arrival. Arrangements were made the next morning for staff to visit at 9:30am waited in till 10:30 and still no one turned up so had no info or welcome pack. Next day had a text welcoming and asking for passports to be sent via what’s app. Heating failed to work after 2nd night reported the problem then had a message after we returned home 2 days later to say an engineer would be sent out. No good and had to suffer the cold for two days. Great property but let down by the management company

Great location

The villa was fine for us but unfortunately it was very cold as the heaters didnt work and on 3 occasions we had no hot water. The property manager Pep is excellent and replied promptly to our emails.The villa is located in the middle of Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca which was great. Would recommend for value for money.

diese finca ist ideal für familien mit kindern. sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. das haus ist etwas auserhalb und man muss desshalb nicht auf nachbarn rücksicht nehmen........

Fantastic traditional Spanish villa - beautiful

We rented this villa for a family holiday comprising of 6 adults and a 1 year old child. After finding the property which was quite difficult, we were gob-smacked. What a beautiful home and very well kept too. We found 4 lovely sized bedrooms, 2 with en-suite. Utility room with washing machine. The sun terrace gave stunning views over the fields and overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana. The owners took time to check we were all ok and the agent (Pep) also kept in touch. When I needed an answer to anything, the email was answered within 10 mins of sending It. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENT foing If I had to complain - it would be the Mosquitoes!!!! 😊😊😊

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Alles in Allem hat es uns in der Villa Maria sehr gut gefallen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und helfen, wo sie können. Auch die Ansprechpartner der Vermietungsagentur vor Ort sind sehr zuverlässig und kümmern sich um alles. Die Kaffeemaschine ging z. B. bei unserer Ankunft nicht und wurde rechtzeitig zum Frühstück ausgetauscht. Die "alte" sah durch das kalkhaltige Wasser (haben wir nicht zur Kaffeezubereitung genutzt) auch wirklich mitgenommen aus! Das Haus liegt ziemlich einsam, direkt an einer kleinen Straße, die nicht stark befahren wird. Den Strand kann man in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Zum Einkaufen (Lidl oder Eroski) braucht man ca. 10 Minuten. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man kann ganz in Ruhe am Pool entspannen. Es sind 8 Sonnenliegen vorhanden und Handtücher gibt es auch. Das Einzige, was zu hören ist, sind die Hähne in der Nachbarschaft und die Hunde von gegenüber, die scheinbar viel allein gelassen werden, nach dem Bellen zu urteilen. Unsere Mahlzeiten haben wir immer draußen auf der großen überdachten Terrasse an dem riesigen Tisch eingenommen. Herrlich!!! Die Außenküche mit dem Grill war sehr schön. Innen ist das Haus auch o.k.! Genau wie auf den Bildern. Man stellt es sich höchstens ein wenig grösser vor. In einem Schlafzimmer scheint etwas Feuchtigkeit in der Wand zu stecken (wahrscheinlich durch die Klimaanlage). Bei Ankunft roch es im Haus muffig. Das war doch ziemlich unangenehm. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind eher hart und teilweise durchgelegen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Nur ein wenig zusammengewürfelt. Beim Herd braucht man Geduld, ist etwas langsamer als zuhause. War schon mal schwierig für 8 Personen zu kochen. Man muss darauf achten alle angebrochenen Lebensmittel gut zu verpacken, weil man sonst eine Ameiseninvasion bekommt, aber das ist ja normal.
