La casa es preciosa con todas las comodidades necesarias, lavavajillas,lavadora, secadora, plancha,etc, las habitaciones son muy amplias con camas muy comodas y los baños en suite super completos, los exteriores son maravillosos, el jacuzzi una pasada y la barbacoa super bien preparada, además es muy segura para ir con niños pequeños y ellos lo han pasado em grande. Sin duda repetiremos ojala la proxima vez sea en verano.

I took the family 9 Adults and two children, I can honestly say the villa far exceeded my expectations it was immaculate with everything you could wish for location was fantastic and I don’t think I’ve slept on such a comfortable mattress all in all we was blown away … looking forward to returning

Myself, partner, mother and four children booked a four night stay at the villa. The pictures do not do the villa justice, the villa is exceptional and was everything we wanted and more. good communication upto our stay , we would love to return one day.

Villa Casa del Pineret is awesome. It has everything a family needs for a week in lovely Puerto Pollença. Spotlessly clean, Joselette came round each morning to clean around the pool area and cleaned the bbq each time! The maids came on Wednesday to change towels and clean the villa. Really well equipped with everything needed. It has a huge garden and is situated in a quiet area adjacent to a small nature reserve. It is a short 5 min walk to the beach and the main area for restaurants and shops. There is a large supermarket 10 mins walk from the villa. The kids really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this villa for a great family holiday.

A handsome and very well equipped villa with a lovely pool which is very safe for young children with a fence and gate. Good jacuzzi and an excellent well equipped and covered barbecue area. We all had a lovely time. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and was spotless.

This property was perfect for our family. We loved the villa and the location. Pool fence made it safe for the toddler and being able to walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars was ideal. We hired good quality bikes in the town and also took local buses to Pollensa and Alcudia as well as most of our party getting the bus to and from the airport.

Great layout, spacious rooms and plenty of modern bathrooms, well stocked, beautiful grounds. We were a part of 9 of.all ages and the house never felt crowded.. We had a wonderful time and even ventured into the pool since the weather was gorgeous. Great location, easy walk to beach and center of town. Easy to drive to nearby attractions. Very responsive owner and very nice maintenance team. Highly recommend. You won't regret it!

Wir waren 11 Erw. und 2 Kleinkinder und hatten 14 wünderschöne, entspannte Tage in dieser tollen Villa. Was insbesondere für Familien mit Kleinkinder wichtig ist, denkt auch noch im Oktober an Stechmücken und bringt Mückenschutz z.B. Mückennetz fürs Kinderbett mit. Direkt angrenzend ist ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet, dass diese kleinen Plagegeister erahnen lässt, jedoch waren wir zu dieser Jahreszeit doch überrascht gewesen. Das ist kein Kritikpunkt und absolut keine Grund dieses tolle Anwesen nicht zu buchen, sondern nur ein Hinweis für die die nach uns kommen. Strand, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäcker innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eigentlich benötigt man hier kein Mietwagen. An dieser Stelle auch noch ein Dank an das fleißige Team mit Hausmeister und Putzfrau, es war ein "rundumsorglos-Paket" Zimmer gereinigt, Müll weggebracht, selbst der Grill wurde immer wieder blitzeblank geputzt!!! War ganz großes Kino ;-)

We have had a wonderful week at Puerto de Pollenca. The villa was everything we hoped it would be, and more. Superbly located just five minutes walk from the sea, it comfortably catered for our party of ten. We were indebted to Joselet for his help during the week-even making sure the barbecue was cleaned after we had used it. Much use was made of the pool which was a good size and deep enough for our fledgling Olympic divers! The whole villa was brilliantly equipped, spotlessly clean and importantly, quiet at night. Thanks to all. A brilliant week.

Can’t fault the villa. Superb peaceful location but very close to the beaches and town. Every facility or amenity you will ever need - the outside kitchen dining area a huge hit for bbq and alfresco meals.

Casa del Pinaret is a high quality property with the amenities and accommodation to provide a fun-filled holiday for a large group of friends and family. There is plenty of room for togetherness or for a bit of solitude, depending on how you feel, all in wonderful surroundings. Location The villa is ideally placed for a quiet peaceful holiday undisturbed by outside noise. Yet, you are only a few minutes away from a beautiful beach. There are two nearby supermarkets, and a few restaurants. A short walk along the front takes you to the marina with a variety of shops & restaurants. Accommodation – all the rooms were spacious, with a varied assortment of twin and double bedrooms, the beds being very comfortable. Three of the ground floor rooms opened out on to the pool area. The two upper bedrooms had a very sunny terrace between them. I should point out that the ensuite bathrooms have been brilliantly refurbished and again were very spacious. The lounge area was well appointed with comfortable settees next to a large indoor dining area, not that we ever used it. Kitchen – the kitchen is well appointed with excellent fridge/freezer, cooker if you want it, microwave which was useful on occasion and well stocked cupboards and drawers to meet our every need with regard to plates, cutlery, cups and glasses The fridge/freezer was large enough to take care of our chilling requirements Amenities – well, where to start? The villa is set in surprisingly large grounds which were pleasant on the eye. The grounds were exceedingly well maintained through daily visits from the gardeners. The pool is large enough to have a splash about or a swim, depending on your numbers. There’s a small hut that contains pool toys and those toys were deployed. There is a sitting area between the pool and the lounge which provided much needed shade when the sun was at its hottest. There is a large table under a wooden covering next to the BBQ where we had communal breakfast and BBQs. The BBQ is brick built and has all the equipment any chef could require. We used it twice and on each occasion the gardeners came and took care of the cleaning next morning. The gardeners themselves are unobtrusive, responding to our hellos with smiles, nods and waves. We would love to return with ALL of our family once Covid is over.

A beautiful villa which is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the owners are more than helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had before our trip even down to recommending a great restaurant for a birthday celebration. The villa is situated within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. A perfect peaceful spot , we wouldn’t hesitate to return another time to this excellent well equipped villa

Just returned from our 7-day stay at Casa del Pinaret. We have rented several villas in Puerto Pollensa in the past, but this has to be our favourite one! What a stunning property! I cannot rate our experience highly enough. A beautiful villa in an idyllic setting, just a few minutes stroll from the beach, restaurants, coffee bars and shops. The villa was very well equipped and tastefully furnished and plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The pool and outside area was gorgeous and a delight to relax in. The owners, Salvador and Joselete are lovely people and very welcoming. The thing that really stands out for me is the excellent customer service. We found the entire booking service to be excellent, which is down to Salvador. From the beginning, he was extremely responsive, informative and quick to facilitate any request we had. On our arrival, he spent time chatting and making sure we got settled in. I would like to compliment the service from the cleaning and maintenance here. Really through and professionally carried out in a most friendly and efficient manner. The villa was very clean and we had maid service mid-week that included changing bedding and towels. This really was appreciated as not many villas provide this service. All in all, we had a fabulous holiday and we will certainly be booking Casa del Pinaret again and again and again!

We LOVED staying at this villa. It is modern, well equipped with excellent bedrooms, luxurious family/living room, well fitted kitchen, washer AND dryer, beautiful pool/hot tub area. All well cared for and up to date. It is a five minute walk to beach, restaurants, bike rentals. Plenty of space for parking two vehicles and bikes. Excellent access to bike paths to great rides! Joselete, the property manager, was very helpful and spoke English well. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I organised a party of 6 cyclists to use the villa as a base and everything about the entire experience was just fantastic. From the outset, the communication from Salvador was responsive, informative, and very helpful. It gave me a great deal of confidence knowing that Salvador was always available. The villa itself is just fantastic. Beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean. As a group we are already considering booking the villa for the same time next year.

Die Villa ist ideal in Pinaret in Port de Pollensa gelegen. Die Schlafräume und die Gemeinschaftsräume sind ausgesprochen großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls sehr großzügig. Der Pool ist prima. Es gibt viele Spielsachen für den Pool/Strand und eine kleine Schaukel für die Kinder. Eine Tischtennisplatte, die den Namen verdient ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch die Ausstattung für Kleinkinder ist mehr als ausreichend. Kleinere Probleme wurden schnell behoben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich npch die auch für größere Gesellschaften sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und die sehr großzügigen Esstische sowohl innen als auch außen. Auch Waschmasschine und Trockner waren vorhanden.
