  • Set in a lawned garden bordered by trees and hedges, this tasteful traditional Mallorcan villa is situated in the quiet residential area of La Font, just 2 km from Pollensa with restaurants, shops, 1 km to the Lidl and Erosky supermarkets. The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are only 4 km away.

    Fully renovated in 2013, Villa Julia offers maximum comfort and match the original classic style home with modern and functional elements such as bathrooms and kitchen. The large size of the pool and garden of native vegetation play an important role in the whole property. The 3 bedrooms have latex mattresses, the soft furnishings are tasteful and comfortable.

Great pool, large and deep. Peaceful location. Great kitchen and well equipped. Pool was a little green at first but was sorted quickly. Also one of the air conditioning units leaked. The ensuite does not have a door between the bedroom and bathroom - ok for us but some may prefer more privacy.

Great holiday

Villa was great, clean and with a lovely big pool. The outside toilet, however, had been missed by the cleaners on our arrival but this was sorted quickly. The pool was a really good size, however, we were concerned that we didn’t see a pool person at all during our stay. We were assured that they came early in the morning. The water was generally ok but on occasions did appear a little murky. We were also told that pool towels were provided so did not bring any beach towels with us, however, we only had 1 pool towel and a small hand towel each so I had to request some more for bathing. This was sorted fairly quickly. The roads around the villa are quite narrow so best to have a smaller car. Location was fine, but a car was needed to get around. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Bäder/Fugen, Küchenfronten und Backofen, ebenso Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser trotz vorhandener Spülmaschine. Die Gummilippe der Waschmaschine: Würgereiz. Der Duschvorhang schimmelte.AUSSTATTUNG:# nur 2 gr. Tassen für ein 6-ers.-Haus etwas wenig# als "Gastgeschenk" fanden wir eine seit 3 Monaten abgelaufene Tüte Chips vor# Schlafzimmerfenster sind undicht. Vorsicht bei Schlagregen, wie es am Rande des Gebirges vorkommt. Am besten im Dunkeln wohnen und die Außenklappen zulassen.# keine Form von Reinigern vorhanden, um sich selbst zu helfen. Wir haben aus eigener Tasche Desinfekt.reiniger gekauft.# blinde Gläser zu oft i.d. Waschmaschine. Austausch wäre sinnvoll.-- das passiert, wenn der Gastgeber nicht die zuständige Reinigungsfirma überwacht oder ihr zu sehr vertraut. Schade. Eigentlich ein schönes Haus. Leider nur auf den ersten, gut fotografierten Blick.

Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und Garten

Ohne genaue Wegbeschreibung war das Haus im Dunkeln schwer zu finden. Die Außenanlagen mit dem Pool, Grillplatz und Garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Küche und der Essbereich gefielen uns sehr gut. Das Parken direkt vor der Haustür war auch sehr praktisch. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern waren recht bequem. Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns die fehlende Tür zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer, der etwas unangenehme Geruch des Schlafzimmerschranks und der faulige Geruch beim Duschen aus den Abflüssen. Leider konnten wir auch keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme empfangen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war für uns fast perfekt. Nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen. Auch zu schönen Buchen in Cala Sant Vincenc war es nicht weit.

Mooi verblijf met een hele fijne tuin en zwembad op een mooie rustige locatie.

We hebben genoten. Heel mooi zwembad en tuin. Altijd wel een plek met zon of schaduw te vinden. Persoonlijk zou ik wat eerste basis behoefte aanwezig laten zijn, zoals koffie en een fles water, zodat je bij aankomst iets hebt. Ik zou ook een nespresso of Senseo neerzetten. Is veel makkelijker Ipv de ouderwetse pot koffie. Binnen 30 minuten loop je naar Pollença. Leuk stadje met een heel leuk plein met eettentjes. Al met al op het verblijf helemaal niks aan te merken en zullen zeker nog een keer die kant op gaan.

Tolle Finca in super Lage

Unser erster Versuch mit Finca und Mietwagen in Mallorca Urlaub zu machen, war ein toller Erfolg. Die Finca trug entscheidend dazu bei. Im Inneren ist die Finca im April etwas kalt. Den Pool nutzen kostet auch Überwindung. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist super. Die Lage für Unternehmungen kaum besser vorstellbar. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Reaktion von Francisca trotz Verständigungsproblem. Danke für alles.

Couldn't ask for more

In a beautiful, quiet and scenic rural location. Villa very well appointed. Has everything you will need. Efficient quiet air conditioning. The villa is set in large, well maintained garden. Pool surprisingly large and deep. Multiple different spots around villa to sit, to eat, and to relax, catching the sun or shade throughout day. Host responded very quickly and efficiently to the very few queries / requests that we had. Would definitely return if possible.

A Spacious and Wonderful Villa

We were lucky enough to spend 9 days in this wonderful villa, it is absolutely beautiful. It is set in a very quiet location but within 5-10 mins drive of Pollenca town or port. The plot is huge so neighbours are far enough away not to be intrusive. The pool is also massive with a proper deep end which was great for diving. The villa itself is a lovely blend of traditional and modern with lovely modern kitchens and bathrooms (including an en suite). The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, probably better than ours at home! Francisca was a great host and provided all the information we needed in advance. We loved the outside bathroom and shower as well. One minor issue with the pool lights was resolved quickly and we were kept informed throughout. I would thoroughly recommend this place for a vacation in Pollensa, although I'd say it's probably not suitable for elderly or disabled guests as there is a big step down into the pool, and a couple of smaller steps within the property.

Sehr schöne Finca, toller Pool,toller Baumbestand

Wir waren 11 Tage auf der Finca und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was uns nicht gefallen war folgendes In der ganzen Zeit hatten wir keinen Wechsel der Handtücher, fehlende Strandtücher und der Pool würde auch nicht gereinigt. Was auch ein Problem war, waren die Abflüsse in den Bädern. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wenn die man etwas nachbessern wäre es toll. Auch wenn einiges nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat würden wir die Finca wieder mieten Mfg

Schöne Finca, tolle Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist weitgehend wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und die Küche ist groß und recht gut eingerichtet. Wir sind an einem sehr kalten Tag im April angekommen und es war schwierig das Haus einigermaßen warm zu bekommen. Die nächsten Tage waren schön und die Temperaturen kein Problem. Die Klimaanlage ist leider so laut, dass man sie über Nacht ausschalten muss. Die Badezimmer sind sehr schön und das Außenbad sehr praktisch. Der Pool ist schön groß und sauber. Leider ist er an einigen Stellen ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was der Optik und dem Badevergnügen aber keinen Abbruch tut. Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Tolles erstes Mal in einer Finca

Haben das erste Mal Urlaub in einer Finca gemacht. Es war toll. Das Objekt ist gut eingerichtet. Aussenbereich sehr schön mit Pool und dem Gartenbereich. Am Anfang gab es ein paar kleinere Probleme, die wurden vor Ort aber sehr sghnell und gut korrigiert. Passt, werden sicher wieder Fincaurlaub machen.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances en famille : la maison est conforme à la description, très bien équipée et très bien située, dans un environnement calme malgré la proximité d’autres maisons. La piscine est très agréable et le beau jardin est bien entretenu. Nous avons eu un excellent contact avec l’hôte, disponible et arrangeant. Une belle expérience !

Ein wunderschönes Domizil

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Außengelände ist liebevoll gestaltet, unsere Kinder haben sehr gerne im weitläufigen und eingezäunten Garten gespielt. Der große Pool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder, schon morgens vor dem Frühstück wurde ein Runde geschwommen. Am Pool gibt es zahlreiche Liegemöglichkeiten und auch genügend Schattenplätze. Der Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Francisca, war ausgesprochen nett und sie war sehr hilfreich, als wir ein selbstverursachtes Problem mit der Spülmaschine hatten. Alles in allem war es einfach ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nice house in a lovely garden

We enjoyed a week with our two children aged 3 and 6 in this nice house with its lovely garden and swimmingpool. Quiet location in a rural area, so you really need to have a car. There was a problem with the water preassure and the dishwasher on the first night, but this was quickly attented to and fixed on the following day. Recommended for a family stay, perfect with a fenced garden where the children can roam free.

Pollenca holiday

Great pool, lovely outlook from kitchen / dining to the outdoors and pool. Gave a 4 rating because of AC. We slept with AC on first night and discovered all the AC inverters were situated directly outside behind main bedroom wall and they made noise all night! Not a problem if you’re a good sleeper.

Schön war‘s

Franzisca, die Vermieterin, war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und regelte anfallende Probleme stets sofort. Allerdings fielen auch leider einige Dinge an, die erledigt werden mussten. Daher nur vier Sterne. Grundsätzlich sehr schön und sehr zu empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The pool was a great size and depth for my 1 and 4 year old daughters to play in. We would definitely consider returning for another stay in the future.

Lovely villa and setting.

We spent a week in this lovely villa, which is very handy for both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The villa is well equipped and the layout is perfect, with patio doors opening directly onto the pool area...which was beautiful. The infinity pool was great, perfect for all ages and extremely clean. Dappled shade provided by a lovely tree. Plenty of areas to sit in the garden and the barbecue was the best we have used - and was in the shade by tea time! The outdoor bathroom proved extremely useful. 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes of the villa. Only slight negatives were the lack of welcome pack on arrival, a bottle of water would have been welcome after our journey and also the wardrobes in bedroom 1 seemed very musty and we chose not to hang our clothes in there. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and will maybe return ourselves! Thank you very much.

Wunderbare Zeit

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem gepflegten Haus. Francisca ist sehr nett und es war alles perfekt sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und nah zu vielen interessanten Ausflugspunkten. Sehr zu empfehlen!
