We enjoyed staying at the villa and Ramon was very helpful. The kitchen was a little tired but the photos did represent how the kitchen was so that was not a surprise. The outdoor space was wonderful - great pool and lots of shaded areas. The parasols were not so good and could do with being updated but other than that we were very happy.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! Ramon and his wife were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to Tula the cat, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her friendly and gentle nature.The villa itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive to some of the most charming spots in the area. It was only 5 minutes by car to Pollensa town, 8 minutes to Port de Pollensa, and 14 minutes to Alcudia. We also discovered a hidden gem of a beach—Punta de Coves Blanques—just 15 minutes away by car. It was quiet, unspoiled, and offered stunning views.A couple of tips for future guests:1.Hire a car! The villa is in a secluded area and having a car made everything so much easier. We would have been lost without ours. Thankfully, Lidl and other shops were only a 6-minute drive away.2.Bring mosquito repellent. The mosquitoes are part of the experience, but manageable. We picked up an excellent repellent and some hidrocortisona cream from the local pharmacy in Pollensa, which worked wonders.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great access to all the highlights of northern Mallorca!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Autominuten von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Finca war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich (Besteck/Gläser/Badarmaturen in die Jahre gekommen). Der Gastgeber war freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!! Das Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"

Traumhafter Urlaub auf Mallorca - gerne wiede

Es war herrlich und der Gastgeber und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und helfen gerne und schnell weiter. Es gibt einen Ordner mit allen wichtigen Infos rund um das Haus und die Umgebung. Einzig dass Geschirr und Beste k könnte teilweise mal erneuert werden , da es Augenscheinlich von einem Vormietern nicht gut behandelt wurde und teilweise verschmutzt, verrostet war. Zu unserer Überraschung wurden einmal in der Woche alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt

Großartige Zeit

Wir waren zu viert als Familie da. Es ist eine tolle Finca in traumhaft ruhiger Lage ca 10 Autominuten von Pollenca entfernt. Hier kann man gut einkaufen und die Stadt ist auch sehr nett (unbedingt die 365 Stufen der Treppe zum Kalvarienberg hochspazieren, sie beginnt mitten im Altstadtkern). Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und einfach schön angelegt. Drei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Bad, zwei der Duschen schön geräumig gemauert, eine Dusche in der Badewanne. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist traditionell und es ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Traumhaft ist der Pool, 9x4 m , direkt vor der Terrasse gelegen, wir haben ihn ausgiebig stundenlang genutzt. Der Vermieter, Ramon, ist sehr nett und unaufdringlich, jederzeit anrufbar, was wir aber nicht nutzen mußten. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen nur: das WLAN funktionierte oft nicht, besonders abends praktisch nie. Und das Geschirr ist deutlich sauberer per Hand gewaschen, da die Geschirrspülmaschine sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Trotzdem können wir die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wir überlegen schon fürs nächste Jahr.

Polensa villa

The villa is very spacious inside with 3 good sized bedrooms and ensuites. The lounge had plenty of comfortable seating as did the outside spaces and the kitchen is extremely well equipped.Ramos and Juan have decorated beautifully. We had a lovely holiday visiting Polensa, Alcudia, various beaches and walks and enjoying the rural countryside. Only downsides were quite alot of noise from renovations next door (which is very close) unbelievably loud music on Saturday night until 2.00 am and no barbeque grill so we couldnt cook outside.

Very enjoyable week

Really enjoyed staying at the Villa. Very clean, spacious and lovely outside area. We didn't have any issues so didn't need to communicate too much with Ramon, however he came to see us a couple of times during the week. The only negative, which is not the fault of the property of the host, was the amount and veracity of the mosquitoes in the area - take precautions when visiting the area! Would stay here again, thanks Ramon.

Ruhige und doch zentral gelegene Finca mit grossen Pool

+ Sehr schöne geräumige Anlage, grosser Pool, schattiger Parkplatz, Gelände abgeschlossen und sicher für Kinder, genug Schatten und Liegestühle um den Pool, Strandbadetücher vorhanden +freundlicher Vermieter, wir durften am Abreisetag noch etwas länger bleiben, bis wir auf Flughafen mussten +Lage ist super, ruhig und doch zentral für Ausflüge im Norden von Mallorca, ans Meer und zum Einkaufen -in den Schlafzimmern, va in dem neben dem Wohnzimmer, riecht es muffig-feucht -sehr viele Mücken, als wir da waren (Oktober 2023), wir haben daher nie draussen gegessen und waren trotz Spray völlig zerstochen. Viel Mückenspray mitbringen! -kein Salz oder andere Grundnahrungsmittel in Küche, keine Handseife im Badzimmer. Vorhanden waren Abwaschmittel, Abwaschmaschinen-Tabs und WC-Papier. Auch kein Trinkwasser da an Anreisetag, das kauft man am besten gleich auf Hinweg, denn nächstes Laden ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt mit Auto

Lovely Villa

A grey villa in a great location in the north of the island. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and Ramon came by on the second evening of our stay to check if everything was ok! He even put out lilos and pool inflatables before we arrived which was great for the pool. The Villa was a good size for a family of 3/4 and the rooms had good space with air conditioning which was a godsend in the hot Majorcan weather! The Villa has a charm but probably in need an afresh as slightly chintzy in places. But that didn’t detract from the experience. One note for future bookers - take mosquito spray and bite cream. We weren’t sure whether it was just typical of Majorca but we seemed to be bitten more than previous holidays, so come prepared!

Rustic villa with good amenities and lovely pool. The directions to the villa were poor and there are no sign posts to it from the road. We had to call the host to come and direct us .
