Firstly the location is great, it is right on the edge of the old town which means that it is a short stroll to the numerous shops, bars and restaurants. You get a bit of passing traffic but this is not a problem.
The villa was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with modern furnishings and appliances, the walk in shower is a nice touch. The rooms are a little small, which is to be expected of a villa located so near to the centre of town, but this is more than made up for by the fantastic outdoor space.
The garden is very large and on one level which is important for the children, it is lovingly maintained so is a joy to be in. The pool is a good size and shallow at one end, again important for the children, there are plenty of sun loungers which is always important. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area is amazing, we used the outside dining family table all the time, it is nicely shaded with a great view over the garden.
You will need a car to visit the beaches but I would recommend this anyway so you can explore some of the less busy beaches around the north and east of Majorca.
I'd fully recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a family holiday where you like making the most of the villa, you can easily spend days in the garden enjoying the sun and surroundings.
