Great property.Car essential for getting around.Short drive down a narrow road to get to the property from Pollenca roundabout.The only downside is the road is too dangerous to walk along get to to town

The house is within a few minutes drive of Pollenca. Amazing swimming pool with a dramatic backdrop. House itself is nice enough with a lovely outdoor area and a great BBQ set up. Inside the aircon was a godsend in the heat (36C). Try out the Il Gardino restaurant in the town square and walk up the 365 stairs to the top of the hill in the town for an amazing view. La Melinda is a great cafe in the town, and everything you need can be bought in the town Ekroski and Agromart. No need to drive out to Lidl!

Beautiful property in quiet location.

This property is spacious with a lovely private pool. Great location, you can walk (along a busy road) to Pollença and the beach is a 10 minute drive. Just perfect for a relaxed family break.

Lovely finca.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home far enough away from busy Palma but close enough to Pollenca and Alcudia for shopping, restaurants and beach outings. We would love to come back to this lovely place.

Really lovely stay.

The Villa was perfect for our little family of four. The swimming pool was a great size and exceptionally clean. The villas location was great for exploring the local area (and beyond!) And the check in process was spot on, we received detailed directions to get us there and clear instructions for accessing the property. All very seamless. Thank you!

Fabulous Villa in a great location

We had such a lovely stay here. The weather wasn’t great but that didn’t detract from everyone having a great time. The villa gardens are perfect for young children and had it been warmer we would have made good use of the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed and caters for small children. I’m sure we will be back as location perfect for peace and quiet and only a short car journey to the beach. Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Stay

Lovely villa but the pool and garden are amazing. Jero was brilliant right from the fist enquiry and she met us at the villa with a great welcome pack. There were a couple of minor things that she sorted straight away. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Very peaceful and set on a huge plot with a very large pool. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone and 4 outdoor sitting/ eating areas. We had a car so it was easy to get into Pollensa and the port, etc. Lovely relaxing stay and would highly recommend!!

Beautiful Villa, large pool in a quiet area

We stayed 3 weeks in the villa with our 1 year old child. We informed Jero before and babychair as well as babybed was prepared. The Villa is beautiful and clean. All rooms are well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need for a family holiday. In the outside area you can have a nice view to the hills, especcially from the large pool area. Pollensa is a 5 minute drive, a betaufill small city with a lot of nice restaurants. We enjoyed the hospitality of Jero and Thomas a lot, always easy to contact and sometimes we got warmly little gifts like fresh eggs or figs.

Excellent villa in a great location.

We had an great holiday. The villa is in an ideal location near Pollença and the Port. The personal touch of being met and welcomed by Jero and Thomas was lovely. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again in the future.

Great Family Villa

Enjoyable stay with extended family. Plenty of space indoors and garden place for children to play. Good sized pool and beach toys for young children. Jeronia and Tomas were always available and very quick to respond and deal with any problems that arose.

Couldn’t fault it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault it. Jeronia and Thomas were great hosts and we knew that they would be on hand if needed. The villa and grounds are kept meticulously clean and provided everything we needed. We hired a car and so it made a great base from which to explore the Island. Pollença beach is perfect for little ones and the bays at Cala Sant Vincent idyllic. We would definitely go back.

Great location and quiet

The owners met us at the villa to show us round even though we arrived quite late and they were lovely, nothing was too much trouble, they had also included a welcome basket with everything we needed for the first night. The villa was easy to find and close to the shops and a few minutes drive from the beach. The pool was large enough for a swim and had graded steps at the shallow end which was great for my Mum as she has limited mobility. There were beach towels at the property and a hairdryer so no need to take your own and a new washing machine was installed while we were there. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathrooms on some days but leaving all the plugs in helped. I'm guessing there's not a lot anyone can do about it. All in all our visit was great and it is easily big enough for 2 small families to share the property. Jayne
