Villa Carmen II is a 4 bed property ideally situated between the beautiful old town of Pollensa and the modern seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. Both within a 10 minute drive, you’ll find a great choice of shops and restaurants, plus Puerto Pollensa has one of the best sandy beaches on the island! Back at the villa, enjoy picturesque views of the surrounding countryside and mountain range, as well as a private swimming pool, BBQ and chill out area. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Carmen II has a lovely countryside location, situated between the historic old town of Pollensa and the more modern, fashionable resort of Puerto Pollensa – both just 10 minutes’ drive away. Each has a great choice of places to eat, drink and shop, plus the bay of Puerto Pollensa is perfect for beach-lovers! You'll also have various cultural attractions, family activities, golf courses, water sports and alternative beaches all within a short drive.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
