In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has a timer on all air conditioning units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.Your private outdoor area has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This includes a garden, a covered terrace, a pool and a barbecue. In approximately 7 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Pollença with restaurants, bars, shops cafes and shops. Port de Pollença is also only a 15 minute drive away where you can have a stroll along the coast or spend the day at the beach. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in 49 minutes (56.3 km).
