Tolle Finca

Wir waren mit Freunden in der Finca und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das gesamte Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, auch die Außenanlagen (mit Grillhaus) und der Pool sind toll. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Great family holiday property

Perfect accommodation for six adults and four children. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and dining room, swimming pool, and very helpful landlord. All went perfectly. Good location with supermarkets nearby.

Lovely spacious villa in an idyllic setting

Our group of eight has just returned from a wonderful, totally relaxing week in Villa El Olivo. We loved the peaceful off the beaten track location amidst ancient olive groves, with views to a forested escarpment and distant mountains, and only sheep bells and bird calls to break the silence. The villa itself is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is a good size and the villa, pool, gardens, and outside areas, including the bbq, are all very well maintained. Communication with Jose was always very quick and easy. It was a pleasure to meet Jose and his family. Villa El Olivo is clearly very much a family affair, they are fantastic hosts who all put a lot of effort into caring for their property and making sure our stay there was relaxing and completely hassle free.

This spacious and quite private villa is better than the website photos suggest. Bedrooms are comfortable, outdoor table to seat 10. Pool loved by children (aged 5-9) who also enjoyed the space to run around and explore safely.

Einfach nur wundervoll

Wir sind mit sechs Erwachsenen und drei Kindern verreist - die Villa war sehr geräumig mit vielen Zimmern und Bädern. Die Ausstattung des Objekts ist top; es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Es wurde uns sogar auf Wunsch ein Zaun um den Pool installiert, um die Sicherheit unserer Kleinkinder zu gewährleisten. Ein Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage der Villa ist wunderschön - umgeben von Olivenbäumen und mit Sicht auf die Berge. Morgens wurde man teilweise von den Glocken der Schafe geweckt, die nebenan weideten. Hervorzuheben ist unbedingt die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet - sowohl vor dem Einzug als auch während des Urlaubs. Da der Vermieter deutsch spricht, war die Verständigung ohnehin problemlos möglich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa el Olivo und würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen!

Tolle Finca

Wir waren zu fünft, statt wie geplant zu acht, in Jaimes Finca. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von ihm empfangen. Eine Gruppe mit 10 Personen hätte auch genügend Platz. Das Haus war groß, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Das gilt für die Küche, in der nichts fehlte und sogar die Messer scharf waren, die Aufenthaltsräume und die Schlafzimmer. Dort gab zusätzliche Decken, falls es kalt sein sollte. Als wir dort waren, war es allerdings sehr schwül, ließ man vor dem Schlafengehen kurz die Klimaanlage laufen, war es erträglich. Handtücher in allen Größen gab es reichlich. Auch für unsere Mutter im Rollstuhl war die Finca geeignet, es gibt ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem angrenzenden Badezimmer mit bodengleicher Dusche. Lediglich die Toilette war nicht behindertengerecht, aber in einem Sanitätshaus in Palma konnten wir eine Toilettenerhöhung kaufen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Highly recommended

We booked the villa prior to the covid outbreak to celebrate a special birthday, but with all the travel restrictions, especially from the US where several of our party where travelling from, we had to move our trip from 2021 to 2022 and Jose kindly moved our booking forward without any problem. The villa is beautifully situated, surrounded by countryside and the hills and only a short drive from Pollensa, which was very convenient. The house itself was beautifully furnished and very clean. Every need was catered for and Jose dealt with any issues as quickly as possible, although we only had one small one. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was lit in the evening, and spent most of their time there. There was plenty of shade for those that wanted it and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A holiday to remember for a long time……….it really is highly recommended.

Toller Urlaub!

Im Juni haben wir mit der ganzen Familie (10 Personen) eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Finca verbracht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Super Pool, alles sehr sauber, schöne Umgebung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch toll bei der Anreise (Taxi) unterstützt. Wir können diese Finca absolut empfehlen.

A home from home on idyllic location

We just came back from Vila El Olivo and we loved every second of it. We were looking for a secluded location but still short drive from amenities, shops and town and this place had everything. The Vila itself was gorgeous. Extremely clean and very well maintained. We are a family that loves cooking and the bbq area had everything you need and all knives were sharpened and pans were amazing for paellas etc. Very spacious living & dining rooms plus all rooms are of good sizes. The Vila is surrounded by wildlife and the only noise you really hear are of birds, wind blowing trees & the lovely bells from the sheep on the fields surrounding the Vila. I believe the location is the best in the whole island as Puerto Pollensa has all that you need in terms of restaurants, you have supermarkets, butchers & fishmongers within 7 minutes drive and you are close to the mountains and for me the best beaches of Cala St Vincent & not far from Sa Calobra. All in all an amazing holidays for families that loves peace, nature & good food. Jose is an amazing host. Extremely attentive and caring. He is at hand 100% of the time and always happy to support. You can feel the care & love that Jose & his family have for that Vila when you are enjoying your holidays there. Every detail on the Villa and the way they look after us & the amenities is amazing. Highly recommended and very looking forward to spend a few more holidays there.

Die Villa war genau wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Tolle Aussicht, ruhige Lage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. In der Mitte der Woche wurde sogar nochmal gereinigt, Müll entsorgt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Vermieter und alle Beteiligten waren super nett. Gerne wieder :)

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Farmhaus verfügt über die höchste Ausstattung und ist extrem sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Schafen findet man hier die beste Erholung. Der Vermieter könnte besser nicht sein. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Familie kommt zu einer Familie

Eine sehr schöne Finca in einem typischen Mallorca Stil in ländlicher Umgebung. Diese Finca wird von der Besitzerfamilie geführt und gepflegt. Unser Ansprechpartner Jose sprach gut deutsch und war für alle Fragen für uns da. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Besonders die Zwischenreinigung der Finca und des gesamten Grundstücks haben uns gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an die Besitzerfamilie

Geweldige Villa!!

De villa is geweldig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is ideaal, vlak bij Pollenca, maar wel rustig en veel privacy. Zeer schoon! En er was zelfs een extra schoonmaak service gedurende de week die wij verbleven. Super communicatie met de eigenaar. IN een woord geweldig dus!

Hammermässig!!!

Schon oft guten Fincaurlaub gemacht, aber noch nie auf diesem Level. Zur Begrüssung Wasser und eine frische Ensaimada im Kühlschrank gefunden. Das Haus ist top, alles vorhanden was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Putzfrau alle 5 Tage ist im Preis inbegriffen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, alles instand gehalten. Der Besitzer ist jederzeit erreichbar falls etwas ist. Können 'El Olivo' nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumvilla an ruhiger Lage

Mitte September haben wir mit der ganzen Familie, acht Erwachsenen und drei Kindern, eine Woche Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa mit tollem Umschwung, Pool und Grillecke verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Vermieter und dessen Familie waren überaus freundlich und sehr engagiert. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Wir können diese Finca an bester Lage absolut weiter empfehlen.

Traumhaus in völliger Privatsphäre

Dieses Haus hat alles, was man für einen gruppenurlaub benötigt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügiger als auf den Bildern. Alles ist blitzsauber. Der Vermieter und sein Vater waren sehr hilfsbereit und ständig zu erreichen. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Fantastic, would highly recommend

Everything about the villa is first class. It exceeded our expectations and was the perfect location and property for a holiday with our adult family. The villa was well equipped, lots of towels, crockery, glasses, laundry room, two fridges, BBQ etc. The pool is generous and the surroundings very peaceful but only a few minutes drive from Pollensa with a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The mid week clean was an unexpected bonus with two friendly ladies changing beds and cleaning from top to bottom. A minor problem with a shower draining was resolved with an hour and the pool was also maintained a couple times during the week. Jose met us at the property and provided recommendations and advice when needed, Thanks a José ! This was a property I did not want to leave and hopefully I will get the chance to return to it in the future.

Our weeks holiday with our family

An excellent property with good accommodation and pool. It has a lovely peaceful setting out in the country without another house in sight, but only 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and Polienca and 20 minutes from Port de Polienca. Highly recommended
