What a beautiful villa located in a rural area just outside Pollença town

What a beautiful villa located in a rural area just outside Pollença town. Lovely views of the mountains, tons of space for the 7 of us, and great lawn for the kids to play football. Groceries are very close, and a couple restaurants are walkable as well. We had a wonderful time.

Family vacation

While we enjoyed most of our stay at Can Cladera there are things that could be improved. The stairs to the second floor are very steep and sharp which was not good for the aged people in our group or for small children. Hand soap at bathroom and kitchen sinks is not provided. We were a group of 7 and we only got 4 toilet rolls and 2 dishwasher tabs and 1 laundry detergent for a week. There is a constant horrendous odor in one of the upstairs bathrooms which we complained about but nothing was done. You have to pay additional for pool towels and we did not receive ours until 2 days after we arrived. The driveway is incredibly narrow which if you have a bigger car is difficult to maneuver.

Eine Wohlfühloase im Tramutana Gebirge!Wer die Ruhe sucht und dennoch in wenigen Fahrminuten im Zentrum von Pollenca oder an den Buchten Mallorcas sein will, ist hier genau richtig.Großzügige Finca mit einem tollen, weitläufigen Grundstück! Durch den umzäunten Pool auch gut für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.

We have been visiting pollensa for years and this is the best villa we have stayed in. Beautiful rustic villa, the beds were so comfy, agents were so responsive and helpful. Close to the old town, about a 20 minute walk to the squarea very short drive. 8 minute drive to the beach. Kitchen well stocked. BBQ provided. Amazing pool area. We have already booked it again for next year! I can’t recommend it highly enough. Nothing

We had a fabulous stay at Can Cladera. Perfect set up for our family holiday. The villa was significantly larger than we thought from the photos. There was a thoughtful welcome pack on arrival, perfect air con throughout. The securely full fenced pool was perfect for our 3 and 5 year old. Very private back garden, lots of space for the kids to explore. The view of the peaks at the back for the house in morning sun is amazing. There is a Lidl which is 10mins walk away2-3mins in the car.The drive is tight up to the villa we had a DR compact SUV and managed fine but personally wouldn’t recommend a bigger vehicle. Genuinely had the best time here would recommend for families.

We loved our week in this stunning villa. We’ve been coming to pollensa for 20 years now & this is the best villa we’ve stayed in. The location is excellent as walkable into town (although we didn’t really as too hot, & bit too long for children) but v close to all the amazing restaurants, supermarkets etc. the villa is stunning, big, old in style but modern fixtures. It’s beautiful, the rooms are all big & each have high quality bathrooms, the dressing room is incredible, the tv room is great for siestas. Big kitchen, leading to terrace with gas bbq, huge lawns where our son played football for hours. The pool is wonderful & so scenic. It’s private& feels safe & secure with electric gates. It’s just fabulous, thank you!

The villa was lovely, we stayed here as a group of cyclists, the location was ideal, close to Pollença and the surrounding shops, but in a quiet / peaceful spot. It was incredibly spacious, and all of the bedrooms are massive, with their own bathroom. The kitchen was great, and had all the standard amenities, and the outside area, BBQ and seating area was also great! The hosts are always quick to respond and provide clear instructions making everything very easy. The only slight issue we had was that in the 2 twin room bathrooms, the drains sometimes have quite a bad smell, but with the windows open it seemed to clear up, but is definitely something which should be addressed, as this has been mentioned in other reviews previously. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back to with this villaanother one of Sealand villas in Mallorca. Thanks!!

What a place!!! We had the best week here! Three young kids and grandparents and it could t have suited us better. The villa and gardens are so expansive and our three boys (2,4,7) were in paradise. An easy drive to lovely beaches, places to hike and shops etc. we also hired road bikes for a few days and couldn’t have been better located for it. We’d love to come back, it’s a very special villa in a very special place. Only slight frustration was that there were no basics like soap, oil, cloths, washing up liquid etc. given most guests must fly in, it would be much better for environment not to have every guests buying new!

Sehr viel Platz

Die Finca bietet sehr viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Wir waren zu 4 mit einem Kleinkind und hatten traumhaft viel Platz für den Kleinen zum Spielen. Es gibt dort einige Spielgeräte und der Pool ist kindersicher mit einem Zaun gesichert. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Hinweis wäre noch, vielleicht das Salz und Gewürze dort zu belassen (vom Vormieter für den Nachmieter😉). Und ein Manko gibt es auch, der für uns unwesentlich war, da wir nicht alle Zimmer benötigt haben: Aus einem Badezimmer stinkt es gewaltig nach dreckigen Abwasser, bis in das Schlafzimmer hinein. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden 🙂

Can Cladera villa

Loved everything about the property and the peaceful location. The photos online didn't do it justice. The property was difficult to find for taxi drivers so perhaps there could be a sign on the road to indicate the property name. The only other small issue was that there was not enough hot water for eight guests to shower.

We had a great stay as a group of six people. The Villa was clean and had a lot of space. We missed that the pool wasn’t a bit closer to the house and it was very early shady. The communication was sometimes very Slow.

Wonderful villa

The villa and surrounding gardens were superb. We had a couple of issues with the water supply/drainage but the team were extremely responsive and prompt in resolving these issues. We would have no hesitation in booking the villa again. The only suggestion I would have is to offer heating for the pool. It was unseasonably cold during our stay and the pool was rather chilly.

Great place to stay

Very comfortable and well provided accommodation to a high standard in a lovely location. Lovely pool area and spacious grounds. We stayed early on in the season so the weather wasn't hot, the outside sitting area was out of the sun so we had to move furniture to warm up, this probably isn't an issue in warmer weather. We did have a bad drainage smell from the shower in one bedroom that we reported, hopefully this can be sorted.
