Ca l'Apostol, Mallorca style villa with a swimming pool

  • Situada en un lugar muy tranquilo y privado en los alrededores de Pollença. Ca l'Apostol está situada en un valle y tiene vistas a la montaña Puig de Maria.
    La casa de 250 años de antigüedad ha sido totalmente restaurada y convertida en casa de vacaciones. Varias terrazas rodean la casa, la zona del barbacoa, la piscina y el jacuzzi. En el interior, las habitaciones son luminosas y con una mezcla de materiales tradicionales con el confort moderno. Hay gruesas paredes de piedra y arcos de marés, paredes blancas, techos con vigas y suelos de baldosas de terracota. El salón es amplio, con sofás alrededor de la chimenea. Hay televisión por satélite, equipo de sonido de CD y DVD. La cocina está bien equipada y es muy amplia. Las 5 habitaciones son con dos camas individuales, las cuales se pueden unir para convertirse en una cama grande, en el primer piso hay 4 habitaciones con baño privado cada una, en la planta baja hay otra habitación con baño.

    Pollença es un pueblo lleno de tradiciones con festividades de renombre como las procesiones de Semana Santa del Calvario, la fiesta de Moros y Cristianos y de “La Patrona” (del 27 de Jul al 2 de Ago). Todos los domingos por la mañana hay un bonito mercado en la plaza mayor. Además de diversas galerías de arte, la oferta cultural del pueblo durante el verano es muy abundante, destacando el famoso festival internacional de música de Pollença, donde cada semana durante los meses de verano actúa alguna orquesta, banda o solista de renombre internacional. Entre los lugares más pintorescos del pueblo se hallan el “Puig de Maria” y el calvario con su escalinata de 365 escalones. Pollença es además el punto de inicio de diversas excursiones muy bonitas por la Sierra de Tramuntana. La famosa península de Formentor, la cala Sant Vicenç y el puerto de Pollença también pertenece al mismo municipio y se puede llegar a ellos en pocos minutos con el coche.
    La casa está disponible al alquiler desde el 1 de Abril hasta 31 de Octubre. Los meses restantes no están disponibles al alquiler.

Estuvimos toda la familia juntos y la casa estaba muy bien, con una piscina grande. Solo puedo decir que repetiremosEso si. Solo que podria haber un poco mas de menaje de cocina, cucharitas, vasos.

We had a lovely time at Ca l’Apostol, lovely villa, gardens and pool. Only a few minutes away from the beautiful old town of Pollenca.

Comfortable, spacious property with stunning views.

Having holidayed in Pollensa for over twenty years Ca l’Apostal stands out as one of the nicest villas we have visited. The outdoor space and pool are wonderful enjoying far reaching stunning views. The villa is very clean with large rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay in this property again.

tolle Lage, Inneneinrichtung, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber super gepflegt. Töpfe und andere Kücheneinrichtung könnten ein Upgrade erhalten. Beschreibung Whirlpool wäre nett gewesen. Wir denken, die Filterung funktionierte nicht richtig.Die Lage ist perfekt, um kleine Feiern abzuhalten und zu relaxen

Great family villa

We first stayed 26yrs ago and returned for pre wedding holiday.The pool area is excellent and out door seating area. The kitchen had all we needed although we did purchase some tall glasses. The downstairs bathroom could do with a little tic and updating and maybe the interior is very much as it was before decor wise. But having said that we didn’t rent it for its interior it was for the setting and the pool area.Cati was very easy to communicate with and sorted any issues quickly.

Wonderful family villa

The villa is wonderful and in a beautiful setting, it is down a very narrow long lane, but after travelling along it for 2 or 3 days , we found this to be ok. We are a family of 10 with children 9,11,13 and 15, we all had a fabulous time in the pool, we even had table tennis and swimming tournaments😀 A few more cooking utensils in the kitchen would have been an improvement. Cati the host was brilliant, if we did need any communication with her.

Die Heizkörper in den Zimmern benötigen einen Anstrich oder Erneuerung. Der Whirlpool war leider etwas ungepflegt, das Wasser war leicht grünlich, so dass wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. In der Küche war eine Kochstelle des Gasherdes defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Bei einer Belegung mit 8 Personen würde es Sinn machen 1 Isolierkanne für Kaffee bereitzustellen.Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Our family of 9 had a great time at this villa. Location - north Mallorca is wonderful, very rural, with beautiful scenery. The villa itself is located a 10 minute drive from Pollensa (lovely old town) and 15 minutes from Puerto Pollensa (beautiful) and 20 mins from Alcudia (strongly recommend a trip to Alcudia old town on market day Tuesday). 15 minutes to the beach. Roads to the villa are VERY narrow, but as others have said, you get used to it!!Pool - fantastic, warm even in June. Lots of shady spots around the villa, but the pool itself only had shade for 4 people, more parasols should be provided.BBQ - excellent and charcoal, but it is very separate from the eating areas, so those barbecuing are away from the family group which is ok, but not how you would design it ideally. Fridge - the American style fridge/freezer was missing a shelf but otherwise good, however for 8 - 10 people we found the fridge too small, for minimal cost a simple additional fridge could be provided in the utility room, for wine, beer, water, soft drinks etc, thus freeing up more room in the main fridge for food. Washing machine/dishwasher - good. AC in the bedrooms - good. Cati was very helpful if we had any issues. The bins are tiny and fill up in half a day.....could ideally do with some bigger bins/recycling bin. Kitchen otherwise well equipped. As I said we had a great time, but for minimal cost slight improvements could easily be made which would make a big difference.

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommene Finacs , die aber trotzdem noch ihren Charme hat ! Folgende Anregungen hätte wir : - Safe für Wertsachen -Kosmetikspiegel -Moskitonetz über den Betten - der Aussengrii sollte überarbeitet werden -Teile der Küche müssten erneuert werden

A nice villa with a quiet surrounding

When you know how to really to drive a car it is easy to get to the villa, although the roads are a bit slim. So practice your driving skills before ;) The villa is in a good shape, all AC worked like they should and we enjoyed our stay there. Super easy and in time communication with the host. But: nothing of the mentioned pool cleaning and change of towels happened and for reported issues the handy-man took Spanish half days (aka 2 days or more) to fix these issues. All in all a good villa, nice location surrounding by some sheep that made us smile.

Booked the villa for 2 weeks and enjoyed the company of family and friends at various times. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms gave us space to do this. Pool, hot tub and outdoor areas used well and really enjoyed. Must have a car for this villa and be prepared to drive in narrow country lanes. However it's distance from Pollensa ensures peace and quiet. It's rural location enabled fun walks for children in the evenings seeing the animals around the area. As foodies the kitchen facilities proved less satisfactory and more suited to a smaller group than our 10 people. Very helpful host and easily contactable. The air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was not working and could not be repaired before we were leaving but Cati assured us that it was being repaired the day after we had gone.

Very disappointed

The property is located closed to Pollença, 20 minutes drive from playa del Muro and Alcúdia which are very nice beaches. Although it’s difficult to reach the property and it’s far away from local amenities such as waste collection (5 minutes drive) and local supermarkets (5/10 minutes drive). It’s impossible to stay at this property and not have a car or motorbike. Regarding the property itself, the out space is very nice and pleasant, nevertheless the interior is basic, outdated and with minimal decoration. The air conditioning were old and noise, one of the upstairs bedroom had a broken air conditioner that although the owner tried to fix we had to “survive” without it for the all week. The dishwasher was also of poor quality and the kitchen was poorly equipped. We also had several times issues with hot water. The bed sheets were of poor quality and not comfortable. Overall we had a good time in Mallorca as it’s a lovely place and the beaches are great. The property was not perfect and of low value for money overall.

Perfect Finca for Family Holidays

We stayed for 1 week at Ca l'Apostol Finca begin of June. We have been 3 families with 4 kids and we all enjoyed the Finca and its facilities. Especially the atmosphere and style outside are phenomenal. Inside everything was very clean and climate was relaxed. Only very small room for improvement that we figured out are on the side of technical devices like TV and coffee machine.

Rerally good

We stayed at this beautiful villa for two weeks - it was fantastic. All correspondence with the owner was dealt withi in a prompt and efficient manner. The villa was spotless and exactly as described in the particularls. We were met by the owners who showed us round and told us how to get to the supermarkets and about the great market in Pollensa Old Town on Sundays. We were given clean towels twice a week and the beds were changed for us half way through the holiday. The villa is a short drive from the old town and about 10-15 minutes from Pollensa. There are plenty of restaurants in the old town and we tended to eat there most evenings. The villa is well equipped and had everything you could need for a family holiday. The pool is lovely. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again.

Wunderbare Finca südlich von Pollenca

Wenn man die ziemlich enge und Zufahrt gemeistert hat, erwartet einen eine großzügig angelegte Finca mit großem Pool, Whirlpool, großer Terrasse mit überdachtem Essplatz für 10 Personen. Die Zufahrt kommt einem anfangs sehr eng vor, aber wenn man gesehen hat, welche LKW durchpassen, relativiert sich das... Die Finca entspricht der Beschreibung und hat alles, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder unter 12 Jahren). Die Verwalter waren immer ansprechbar und kleinere Probleme wurden sehr schnell beseitigt. Wir können L'Apostol uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ver weggestopt in de natuur… alleen voor ouderen niet geschikt want geen douche en suite! Verder helemaal fantastisch!

lovely large villa

Our mixed age family group from 3yrs to 69yrs had a great time here and the host was very accommodating. The location could do with more directional signs for Taxi drivers and a better system for the disposal of waste. A range of kitchen cleaning products and also a few items like milk , sugar, tea and coffee upon arrival would have been appreciated.

Beautiful Villa Rural Location

Beautiful old finca set in rural location. Access down very narrow lanes is difficult particularly at night. Could have more shade around pool but ancient Olive trees and vines give some additional shade. Spectacular mountains all around really make you feel away from it all. Good facilities with air con (necessary in August) plenty of space, nice pool, table tennis table, bbq, hot tub all as described. Did have a few issues with ants but not unexpected as we have rented villas in Spain for several years, buy a spray and never leave crumbs around. Puerto Pollenssa, good shops and beach, in easy driving distance. Close to spectacular mountain drives Overall a peaceful, lovely family break in typical Mallorcan countryside.

Ruhige saubere schöne Finca in der Nähe von Pollenca. Hier kann man super relaxen, da die Finca abgelegen liegt.

Finca Ferien

Tadelloses Objekt, ordentliche Zimmer und Bäder, Küche und Außenbereich ok. Nichts defekt oder runtergewirtschaftet. Zufahrt schwierig zu finden und möglichst nicht mit dem größten SUV. Grill schwer anzuzünden, da kaum Abzug. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Große Finca in ruhiger Lage

Für unsere Gruppe - 8 Erwachsene - ideale Größe, ruhige Lage, sehr sauber. Zwar ist die Anfahrt etwas eng und knifflig, aber insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
