This spacious lakefront home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features three bedrooms and one additional bedroom/family-friendly flex room, and two full bathrooms. The luxurious waterfront primary suite includes a king bed, an oversized en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and breathtaking lake views from the bay window. Bedroom 2 features a full-size bed and beautiful waterfront views. Bedroom 3 offers a comfortable guest retreat with a full-size bed, while the family-friendly flex room includes a full-size bed and is conveniently located just off the main living area.

The home offers two full bathrooms. The spacious primary en suite includes a private water closet and walk-in closet. The second full bathroom, conveniently located near Bedrooms 2 and 3 and just off the living area, features a tub and shower combination, making it ideal for families and larger groups.

Designed with comfort, relaxation, and gathering in mind, Bluewater Paradise offers everything you need for a memorable lake getaway. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, and a spacious living area with lake views. The fully equipped kitchen includes an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, traditional drip coffee maker, cookware, pots and pans, baking sheets, cooking essentials, silverware, plates, bowls, glassware, mugs, and wine glasses, making it easy to prepare meals and entertain during your stay.

Bluewater Paradise House Rules
We want every guest to have a wonderful stay while helping us preserve the beauty and condition of our lakefront home for future visitors.
Guest Requirements
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
The primary renter must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been obtained from the host.

Parties, events, receptions, and large gatherings are not permitted.
Bluewater Paradise is intended for peaceful vacations, family gatherings, fishing trips, and lakefront relaxation.
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and the peaceful lake environment.

No pets are allowed.

Service Animals: We welcome guests traveling with service animals as required by applicable law. Service animals are not considered pets and are not subject to pet fees. If necessary, we may ask the two questions permitted by law to determine whether an animal qualifies as a service animal. Guests remain responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Service animals must be under the handler's control at all times and may not be left unattended at the property unless the guest is present.

"What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?"

Smoking, vaping, marijuana/drug use, and the use of any tobacco or nicotine products are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, on the dock, patios, decks, yard, driveway, and all outdoor areas.

Waterfront & Dock Safety
NO DIVING from the dock, shoreline, or any structure on the property.
Water depth may vary significantly depending on lake levels, weather conditions, and time of year.
The water near the dock may be shallow and diving could result in serious injury.
No glass containers are permitted on the dock, shoreline, or near the waterfront.
Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
Guests use the lake, dock, shoreline, kayaks, fishing equipment, and all water-related amenities at their own risk.

Dock, Boat Lift & Jet Ski Lift Rules
The boat lift and jet ski lifts may only be operated with prior permission from the host.
Guests should not attempt to operate any lift equipment without authorization and instruction.
Guests assume responsibility for any damage resulting from unauthorized or improper use.
Please report any issues immediately.

Two kayaks are available for guest use.
Guests use kayaks at their own risk.
Life jackets must be worn while using kayaks.
Please return and secure kayaks to their designated location after use.
Do not leave kayaks unattended in the water.

Fishing poles w/ limited fishing lures are provided in the dock house for guest use.
Guests are responsible for complying with all Texas Parks & Wildlife regulations and licensing requirements.
Please return all fishing equipment to the dock house after use.
Fish cleaning is not permitted inside the home.

Home Care
Please treat Bluewater Paradise with the same care and respect you would your own home.
Do not move indoor furniture between rooms.
Outdoor furniture should remain on the property and be returned to its original location after use.
Wet towels, life jackets, and swimsuits should not be placed on furniture.

No fireworks are permitted on the property.
No candles or open flames inside the home.
No discharge of firearms, pellet guns, BB guns, or other weapons on the property.

Exterior Security Cameras
For the safety and security of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in use.
Cameras monitor exterior areas only, including entry points, driveway, dock, and outdoor spaces.
There are no cameras inside the home or in any private indoor spaces.
Cameras may not be disabled, covered, or tampered with.

Property Access & Unavailable Amenities
To ensure guest safety and allow us to complete ongoing improvements, we kindly ask that the following areas and amenities not be used during your stay:
The garage is not accessible to guests and is reserved for owner storage and maintenance items.
The outdoor hot tub is currently unavailable while we await parts and repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to offering this amenity in the future.
The jetted tub located in the primary bathroom is currently out of service and is not available for guest use. Guests needing a bathtub may use the tub/shower combination located in the guest bathroom.
