Everything was better than expected. Downstairs rooms are large and comfortable with lots of windows. Kitchen was well stocked. Our family really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Only downside was that the fireplace was unusable. We couldnt get it to draw well so rooms got too smoky. Loved the location with easy access to Town and hiking. Beautiful area!!!

We stayed here with extended family for a wedding weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us. No issues with check in and the state of the property. Great kitchen and patio to cook and host a crowd, fireplaces for the cool nights and mornings, fun activities such as ping pong and air hockey for the younger crowd, and so close to Point Reyes seashore and town with great hikes and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely!

This house was both beautiful and comfortable. Extremely well laid-out for a family gathering. The far den was a great kids' space with lots of toys and just enough separation from the living area for adults to stay sane. The connected kitchen/breakfast table/living room was bright and spacious, even with extra family members there for a meal.The location is a very quiet neighborhood, but still very convenient to the main roads for all our favorite destinations. Lots of parking.A great gas stove and very complete cookware and dishes made family meals easy.Many thanks!

Family Gathering in Point Reyes

We had a family event at Heidrun Meadery (sparkling mead) and Fox Cabin was the perfect place to stay for getting in and out of town as well as enjoying the natural beauty of Point Reyes N. S.I love the basket of blankets, the coziness of the cabin and still have a bunch of room to spread out. The kitchen is open and beautiful. The stove/oven was great for cooking. We will be back if you will have us. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. -Ryan

Cozy and Luxurious

This was an ideal retreat for us and our dog. The home was cozy while also elegant because of the beautiful surroundings and lovely wood floors and beams, large fireplaces, and gorgeous views. The home felt secluded but was also located near wonderful places to eat, shop, and hike. We saw so much wildlife, listened to music while cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, and enjoyed reading in front of the fire. This is a perfect getaway for a family or couple. We were so sad to leave.

Unbeatable

Fabulous, spacious, well appointed, beautiful place, we ate and went on beach walks: Drakes's, Limantour, Heart's Desire, and many other local walks. A lovely house and a lovely vacation. Wildlife everywhere (baby quail!!).

Nice getaway

We are seniors and still quite mobile,but folks staying here need to know there are alot of stairs.front porch deck is very wet/slippery in the morning. Kitchen well-equipped,although never could find cutting board/s,never could figure out oven(directions would be nice,esp.if it's convection) Good location,close to good hiking

Pastoral, quaint West Marin !!

I was drawn by the location, architecture, spaciousness and interior design of this home and it did not disappoint! Ralph Lauren country vibe! The house was very comfortable and clean with big, beautiful beds & baths upstairs and picture windows throughout. The living spaces were charming and the garage was a game room of sorts! 👌 The area is just beautiful with plenty of hikes & beaches. Small town but the restaurants and markets they do have were great. Found a few Christmas gifts in town. All in all, just what the doctor ordered!
