Wonderful Stay

This was our first in-season LBI rental. Location is perfect for the beach and listing was as described. We are a family of 4, but had other family pop in and out during our stay. Plenty of room for all.Traveler Tip: we did not plan in time to rent linens through a vendor on LBI. They were completely rented out given it was peak season, so we brought our own sheets, towels, comforters, comforter covers, throw blankets for the sofas and beach towels. If you would like to rent these from a local vendor just plan to do so as early as possible.

Amazing House and Location

We were with family (ages 6-81)…everyone enjoyed and house is outfitted with everything you need for a beach vacation. John and Grace are excellent and attentive hosts.

Great house; great location

Everything was as it was described in the listing. House was clean. Beach was super close! We enjoyed the third floor terrace with it's ocean views. Would definitely consider staying again!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Very nice house. Very clean and wonderful location The neighborhood was very quiet and low traffic since we had 3 grandkids making the beach trips with us. Just surprised that there was only 2 queen size beds for 6 adults since we needed 3. A pullout Queen we know doesn't do the job . not comfortable at all. Our mistake. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Thank you for helping us create family memories!

Multigenerational family reunion

Our stay at Grace and John's place was wonderful. It was everything described and more. Attention to details regarding all of the little things were so appreciated. Special attention to the little ones' needs were an added plus, for example, age appropriate cups and sand toys. We can't wait to go back. Beach House Haven

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house located right across from the entrance. The house was perfect for my family with two tiny babies. We rented baby equipment and it was arranged to be set up with the owner before we even got there! There are beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to use which was perfect and plenty of sand toys and even mini pools for my toddler! I had not realized we had to provide our own sheets and towels though. This is my very first rental that that was my responsibility. Luckily if you do not want to lug all that additional linens and towels you can rent them on the island which we ended up doing and also worked out seamlessly just like the baby equipment. We had a great stay! Also, very easy to communicate with John the host! Thank you!

Excellent property! A gem.

The house is clean, well-appointed--has everything you could want. Excellent location: close to the beach and easy walk to restaurants, bakery, mini golf, Dollar General, etc. Back area/patio was great for barbecue. Owners are easy to contact and very helpful! WiFi was outstanding. Garage even had a great second refrigerator for drinks- The ocean view is lovely. Really a home for a family to enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back---grandchildren in tow!

Perfect beach house!

We just had an idyllic two weeks at this perfect beach house! John and Grace are excellent hosts- kind and responsive. They provide all the detailed information we could have hoped for for the house and the area, plus more! Their house is neat as a pin, extremely clean, very we stocked, and literally perfectly located! The sand is steps away, the ocean can be heard from the first floor deck, (and open windows on glorious late summer days) and can be seen from the upstairs deck and East facing windows! Everything is thought of and provided. And, everything is in excellent working order and condition. The central a/c is powerful and quiet, and the wifi is lightening fast, we both worked while we were there, and there was never a moment’s problem or interruption. We’ve already booked for next summer, and can not wait to return!

Great Choice!

This lovely home is as promised: Spotless, well-equipped, nicely decorated, and plenty of room for our family of six adults. The ocean views and beach entrances right across the street were a real treat. Don't let this one get away!

Great beach house!

Great house in a great location. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The owners supplied more than enough beach equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a buggy to help carry it all to the beach. They have obviously taken great pride in the property.

This house is spacious and in a great location right across the street from the beach. The house is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need! I would definitely stay here again

Close to the beach and plenty of space!

Property was very clean and well positioned to the water. John (owner) was very responsive and genuinely cared to ensure we had a good time. Plenty of space if you need to let the kids have their own area. Also a nice balcony to kick back after a long day at the beach.

Great property and great location!

For starters, the owners John and Grace were very accommodating and checked in with us when we got there to make sure everything was ok. The location is excellent! Right on Ocean Ave with easy access to the beach. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including an excellent knife set which we rarely encounter. The layout of the kitchen is extremely user friendly and includes a huge sink. Central air conditioning is fabulous! The beds are all comfortable- my wife and I had the master bedroom with the queen and my back was fine the entire stay (I mention this because we have rented some awesome houses but refused to go back simply because the mattresses were poor quality). Plenty of off street parking. Lots of hoses set up outside to wash sand off before going inside. A central vac system making it very easy to clean up if you do get any sand inside (including a dust pan feature). Very well-built house- thoughtful design layout. I was skeptical of the bbq from the online photo (being a weber grill guy), but the natural gas grill is phenomenal! The elevator also made it very easy to load/unload our stuff. Very clean house - we all felt very comfortable there!

Awesome place to relax and enjoy the beach

This property has everything you and your family could need for a beach vacation. The owners, Grace and John, are wonderful people, they have thought of everything. We had 4 generations enjoy this lovely home, the youngest is 15 months and the oldest 73. The location is steps from the beach, the views are fabulous. The elevator was a godsend for my mom. We truly enjoyed our week in LBI, we will definitely be returning.

What a wonderful stay. John was unbelievably accommodating and easy to communicate with. He left a detailed discription of the house, contacts, WiFi instructions etc. which were very helpful. The house is beautiful with plenty of room. It was clean, welcoming, and just overall an inviting place to stay for the week. Best place we’ve ever stayed in the last 7 years on LBI. I’m so glad I searched for the house this year and found this gem. You can count on this being our new home for a week for years to come! Thank You John and Grace for a wonderful experience!! The central vac is on my Christmas list!

Beautiful house & great location

We were lucky enough to rent this house over Memorial Day Weekend. The house Is modern, tastefully decorated and located directly across from the beach. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in the house and never felt we were on top of each other at all. From the upper deck you can see the ocean and hear the waves. The owners John and Grace were lovely and attended to our every need and question. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.... just don’t pick the week we want because we will definitely be returning :)
